Woow!! Im so proud of you on your journey, what a great inspiration! Losing weight is definitely not easy at all. One thing I realised after losing 50kg/100lbs in 5 months doing water fasting I realised that new goals don’t deliver new results, a new lifestyle does. This is a process not an outcome. For this reason, all of your energy should go into building better habits. Not chasing better results.

Good to see Simon is integrating the healthspan / longevity space with his business leadership plateform. Bottom line, if your not healthy, you cannot be the best person/leader you can be.

Thank you for this podcast! I heard you talk about your just cause and your vision before, but this time as you gave her advice at the end, it somehow clicked and I found my own just cause and vision. Thank you! And to think I almost didn't listen because the title didn't appeal to me, but the short clip made me intrigued and I enjoyed it from beginning to end.

Hi Jessie First day really trying vinegar in glass of water before breakfast plus some lettuce,still had my oats with a few cornflakes on milk and a little sugar,but no toast and marmalade this morning. Story is I had a stent fitted 3 years ago plus started taking the tablets associated with that procedure,and have been very tired every afternoon about 3_4 o'clock and not feeling much better until next morning,but today I was just very slightly tired about 4 o'clock then worked another 3 hours on the farm , and feel the best I have for years, so I'm going to take it further thank you very much indeed. Ps just bought 2 of your books today. 😊 Ray in Somerset GB.

The Glucose Goddess has a knack for simplifying science for her audience, which is commendable. However, while her supplement Anti-Spike might sound enticing, it's crucial for people to remember that optimal health goes beyond just popping a pill. Mindful consumption and a healthy lifestyle are key for long-term well-being.

I am a diabetic person who use to get several spikes of blood sugar on a daily basis. Your tricks have helped me manage the spike pretty well and now are moderated. Thank you you very much for assisting all of us to manage sugar spikes. I have a query; when to eat the medicine related to diabeties; whether before eating the Vegetables or after eating the Vegetables. Based on above video, I understand that it should be before starting to eat vegetables. Kindly confirm.

This was so great information wise and so enjoyable to watch/listen to. First time seen either one of these people and as soon as I’m done writing this I plan to follow them both! I do have a question ….. As far as starting the meal with a vegetable would drinking a vegetable juice do the trick? Im talking about a juice that I make at home with my juicer so no junk or additives !

When Jessie says have a veg starter she's not talking about root veges right? Because they're very starchy. Where would they fit in this eating pattern. Greens, protein/fat, starchy veg and dessert?
@nicolamills8003

Starch veg, like potato and corn.. At the end, like she said chips r great. But veg like salads, or cauli, brocoli, first. Even carrot r OK, as not a huge spike

So this means you can’t have casseroles for instance because all the foods are mixed. We must eat one food at a time not together. Right? That’s hard to do.

It is good to make health easy simple and practical. But to live healthy is much more difficult than doing hacks . Hacks are good but selling books to make money is also the goal covered with passion fun and repeating the same informations again and again.Always the start is pure then the head of business appears to make money. So be careful about quick success the fall is fast too.

why? I'm prone to insulin-resistance, so eating vegetable before main meal definetely helps me to eat less. And also if i eat sweet snack on a walk (in the middle of it), i don't bloat as opposed as eating it at home...
