Yes, especially in summer time more heat comes through the glass and overheats the glass unit

Hi Susan, yes the blinds reflect a lot of heat back to the glass, that causes to overheat the glass unit spacer and it breaks the glass seal. After that the moisture starts to accumulate inside the glass unit
