Gotta fix the damn calendar. These coaches are smoked. I know they’re paid well, but it’s ridiculous. If everything is a priority, nothing is a priority. We need these guys to be able to focus.

Good morning Bud! Man I'm trying to get over this snub but it is most difficult. In my over 40 years as a fan I'm pretty sure I've never been this pissed off. But time heals all wounds. This too shall pass. Not forever however. I will always remember.

There is a NCAA volleyball final 4 taking place and University of Alabama is not even part of it. Please alert Kirk and ask him to drop Pitt and put Bama in. It would be unthinkable to have a final 4 without Bama.

I'm a Canes fan. All these moves end rivalries. Canes vs Noles, Noles vs Gators. How will this effect these annual games. I could see them keeping one, but both? That would suck. B10 play 9 conference games that leaves 3 out of conference games. That would be a proper out of conference schedule

He’s saying they aren’t good enough recruiters to sell the vision when they didn’t have the product on the field. Only now recruiting at an elite level with a product to sell. Staffs like Miami’s knocked it out of the park last year with no real success on the field…

Fair point on UM… although waiving the bag doesn’t negate who Mario hired and how hard they recruit. Better examples would be LSU, Oklahoma, Auburn, UF… similar stature brands that (until this year) recruited much better with similar or worse results on field. Not a knock on the staff, just a reality of who Norvell hired based on his vision for the rebuild.

Look, DJU is looking at how MN developed JT. FSU is DJU first choice but it depends on if FSU wants to pay Wards price. I dont think FSU will and DJU is coming here. We dont have established WRs to really justify Ward's cost. Expect FSU to go to a two TE set or three wide power run game with DJU and play action off of that. DJU is not a QB to sling it around. He is too inconsistent. FBA/B1

We just need someone who can move the offense. Throw short-intermediate routes and run when necessary. That’s about what J trav did prior to this season.

Defensively a nice front 7 could be DLine :Payton, farmer, jackson, ? LB: Lundy and nicholson would be ideal if blake is ready. The secondary should be solid. I think its debatable to say we’ll miss deloach and batum more than anyone else on the defense. Not that they’re better than verse/fiske, but the drop off at LB is more significant

I'm concerned about our OL development. None of the guys we've signed High School apart from Scott, D. Wash, Mo have developed into capable backups/Starters. Just strange that guys like Armella, Jaylen Early and Rod Orr (I know he left) never seem to be ready and we have to hit the portal consistently.

I think they will be ready. I don't know if you follow anyone around the team but some of those young guys are better blockers but the problem is knowing their assignment. Knowing your assignment is on the individual.

@@rawdiggitydog Yea. Our Run-blocking scheme is pretty complex, but, I really would like to see Early + Armella get some burn next season. Atkins needs proof of concept, that he can develop these high-end guys.

I thought Turner took some positive steps this season. Pap seems like he can coach and develop fairly well but damnit does he need to recruit better

Noles should get a capable and experienced QB such as Cam Ward or DJU to be one of CFP contenders for 2024 in my opinion. Of course obtaining excellent players in other positions from the Portal is significant but without having a proved QB, Noles offense will be miserable. Although Tate is just ok and good ollege QB, I think Noles will be 9-3 or 8-4 next season.

Excited for 24 and to see how the team does in a rebuild year. As to the bowl, they are made for TV exhibitions. Nobody cares, because they are not relevant.
