Never got the name change for the 1995 -1996 season and the 1996-1997 season. Basically it was the same show as before and after when name went back to just Red Green Show.

Casey smith it was a different network and original broadcaster after being cancelled and saved, hence the “new”...it’s marketing to differentiate from the older stuff that might have been reairing on the old network
