They turned out great. I love all of the wacky names you gave them. I painted up a Corpse Grinder Cult, but never found anyone to play the game with. So, they sit there looking nice while I play 40k. Love the videos. Thanks for sharing!!

The gangs all here! Mike they came out looking amazing brutha! Happy to help with the character cards, they were a lot of fun putting together! Wow I remember Necromunda back when I first got into the hobby in the 90s, but sadly never played it (the idea of playing an army of giant blue space marine was more of my jam back then). Nostalgia hits me pretty hard, the smell of certain citadel paints along with certain songs transport me back to the 90s and walking in to a GW store for the first time. The red carpet, the gaming tables, the bright coloured codexes of 2nd edition 40K and white dwarf magazines. Oh I love it. I love that returning to the hobby these past few years I can really take my time and appreciate so much more of it, enjoying painting, creating my own lore, and introducing a new generation into the hobby too.

best way for brush cleaning and paint stripping from plastic models? (p.s i loved ur blood angels they where so good)

Thanks Josh! My advice for brush cleaning is first up, care for the brushes when using them. I got the advice of not letting paint get into the little metal section where the bristles join and I’ve found that has made a huge difference to how long my brushes last. Next, I use that little dish of brush soap at the end of a session. And finally, if I’m using wild products like some technical paints, I make sure I use an old brush that I accept may be damaged by the product.

Woohoo! OG necromunda was so damned cool. I had an Escher gang and an orlock gang, with clubs made out of cocktail sticks with bits of sprue glued to them to make “baseball bat” style weapons, and I used to run them at the store I worked at back in the mid-nineties. Great days! These dudes of yours look much scarier than the old Goliath models… great job, Captain! Wondering if I’m more capable of doing smaller groups of minis rather than big armies, what with my failures so far (it’s lamenters, it’s very on brand for it to all go wrong 😂) so maybe I’ll grab a necromunda team for my next project? Certainly inspired to by this! 🫡

Hahaha! Cocktail sticks are so Necromunda. I love it. Yeah that’s a sweet idea, return to Necromunda or smaller similar squads whilst you have limited time and add the odd Lamenter here and there to treat yourself. Either way I’ll be here cheering you on 😅
