the best part of this video is how different it is from the original. The reimagined videos are videos that are remade from a previous version. And reimagined as only Ronnie can.

The song is not about the girl. The drug in him is himself. He wrote this while in prison staring into a mirror. The girl is the girl from the band's first album cover, and the album was called The Drug in Me is You. You should watch the original video too. It is more upbeat and hides the darker meaning of the song.

“When Ronnie gets behind the piano….” Mate, you should hear the original hahaha. Same lyrics, different sound. Before you listen/watch “I’m not a Vampire revamped”, make sure check out the original “I’m not a vampire” first so you can appreciate the revamped version even more.

I agree that the impact of the Reimagined songs (other then Last Resort Reimagined) is to see the original version that Ronnie and FIR created compared to the reimagined version because the different versions of the songs are over 10 years apart. The Original of this song is called The Drug In Me Is You.

Your viewers lead you down wrong path , if you don’t watch or listen to the original version that was done 12 years ago then you won’t appreciate how he took a 12 year old song and turned it into a masterpiece, You really need to see the original versions first cause you’re cheating yourself out of being completely amazed at how he took these songs from 12 years ago and redid them into this !!!!
