I love the actress that plays Bonnie: so real and so humane; such an inspiration. The whole show is amazing and the actors high quality. They made the show really unique and won sympathies all across the world. ♥️

A bit of a generational curse here. Bonnie withheld information about Christie’s father. Christie withheld information about Violet’s father. And both grew up with an inaccurate picture of their mothers. The real story of one was more of a Hell scape than the other, but you get the gist.

I'm glad that they bring back Alvin for Bonnie and Christy, i'm sad that he died. Bonnie really loves Alvin, she was really really sad and became crazy afther he died. But I'm glad that they bring Adam for Bonnie, but I`m sad that they cancelled the show. Grrrrrr....

I miss this show SO MUCH. learned A LOT about addiction and what a terrible disease it is and what it takes to live with it, in recovery. A neverending rollercoaster of trying to just do your best each day WHILE trying not to stumble and fall back into the crutch of drinking or using. This show was REAL about it, no blurred lines and without religion being shoved down your throat. One of THE best shows ever made because there was NO BS and the writing was amazing !!!!! MISS YOU LADIES !!!! 🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎

Fantastic TV series. It took something as terrible as addiction, adding humor, all the while making it real. One episode a gal OD, very sad, at the end, Bonnie, Christy and the then Surgeon General talked about how dangerous is addiction and to seek help. This show shined a light on all types of addictions, what it can do to yourself and how it affects others, the need for meetings and sponsors; hopefully, all those who don't deal with addiction have a much better understanding.

Its so crazy how a man can tell tou to get rid of an unborn baby or leaves when you actually have the baby and then comes back and claims the kid after all the hurt , pain , endurance...trying to rip benefits, ..and cries wolf , makes you feel guilty and tries to win the love of your child

A lie is often kinder than the truth; ‘your dad didn’t want you’ versus ‘your dad loves you very much but just can’t be with you.’ Or, even worse, if she had been the product of an assault it would be horrendously cruel to tell her that growing up. Which isn’t to say you necessarily should lie, just that often the truth is cruel and a lie is kinder.

God, the laugh track is horrible (assuming they can ever be good)! It's not even appropriate here. But if you must....way too quick on the trigger and no trail off. I heard about this show only today, via an episode of the Kevin Pollak Chat Show here on KZbin, in which Allison was his guest. And this ran for 6 seasons?
6:05 THIS ACTOR WAS KIND OF CUTE SOMETIME AGO BUT, MEN DON'T REALLY TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES THEY LET GO BUT, STILL MANAGE TO HAVE WOMEN AFTER THEM OMG...WE WOMEN HAS TO BE IMPECCABLE AND STILL DIFFICULT TO FIND A DECENT MAN OMG...!!!

True. It’s important to keep that in mind this particular man hurt her in ways that will forever impact her. Abandoning her and his own newborn child. With less then $20. And without even the respect to tell them he was leaving. He took the east way out and it’s super rotten of him. He had it comming.
