As always, great job boys. many people are afraid to just say what they think, throw out some hypothetical question, and say “hey i’m no expert but this js totally f***….”…..and you boys just said what was in your heart and what you felt was the right thing to say about it (whether the kadri racism bs, this gun violence, mental health, etc)…and then you move back swiftly to what you are experts about which is talking hockey and keeping it real. Don’t change.

This is a quote from Biz's Wiki page today.: "For his career, Paul Bissonnette scored 7 goals on 100 shots (a shooting percentage of 7%), which is so much worse than Shaquille O'Neal's career Free Throw percentage (52%), that it is hard to consider Mr. Bissonnette a viable professional athlete."

big Blues fan, and last night's game was just ridiculous...but I appreciate everything you guys are saying condemning any stupid/hurtful/racist comments by any Blues fans or St. Louis people. As Kadri mentioned, nothing new for him to be exposed to BS like that growing up in North America post 9-11...I hope it gets better over time. But man...how could you give a better response to diffuse a situation like that? I hope and pray my Blues pull off another couple miracle wins, but if Avs beat us, I'll be very much ok with AVS grabbing Cup this year.
@Bobweiser192 жыл бұрын
Stan mikita was a "dirty player" before winning a Lady Bing. Anyways, just things to think about....Go Blues. I hate Kadri. But I'd love to have him on my team, and he's got my respect. As do Nate and rest of Avs who have been outplaying us...One of greatest games I've ever watched last night, and I just hate that some stupid fans of ours did these slurs/threats towards Kadri earlier in series...but kadri telling media he knows it's not everyone in StL, just some isolated people, shifting focus back to the ice...That takes some character on his part. I still hate him. Go Blues. but if Avs beat us, I'm already looking at our cap situation, trying to figure out how to go about reconciling Kadri/Binner for next year's StL Blues cup run

Management ruined the Thrashers. As a prior Thrashers fan the city was more than happy to support the team but the owners never cared.
@pjpredhomme76992 жыл бұрын
yeah I have always heard it was a contrived ownership group that never was on the same page - so they were dead in the water - it is a shame because Atlanta could /should be an excellent market but there will never be another NHL team there after failing twice . people forget that the lightning were the same - Espo got the franchise with Japanese investment - then right after they got started the Japanese economy tanked and the owner flushed - then they got that art williams clown- the only reason they have that franchise still is because Bill Davidson - ( the detroit pistons owner ) had started a concert business and they wanted to expand into that market and decided to buy the arena - they had to take the hockey team with it . It didnt take long - and some good management and they won the stanley cup with Torts / Lecavalier , St Louis . When Mr Davidson died they sold it to Barrie /Kruze that was a disaster until the current owner took it to where they are now - but it easily could have been just like Atlanta

I love the strip joint stories. I went to the Sundowner with a few buddies once. Really nice place but every stripper that came over to us would always say the same thing…. That this wasn’t they’re real job and that they’re in school to be a doctor, lawyer or engineer etc. well after the 6 ripper tells us this, my buddy says “I can’t believe how many smart strippers there are in this joint! And I just thought you ladies were just honey broads looking to make cash!!!” Classic.
