I’m 39 years old, recently laid off, and in a new phase of my life. What are my best options for steady income given that I have 425K saved for retirement, 10K in an HSA, and a property that might bring in an additional 200K?
@MariaPerez-pp1dpАй бұрын
It’s reasonable to consider getting a financial advisor now, but delaying retirement might be a wiser choice
@brianmurphysnАй бұрын
Is it time for a career shift or should I consolidate my investments into a single account? If I go for the latter, how do I do it right, and what could be the drawbacks? Plus, with a $200K property sale on the horizon, should I combine my investments or diversify them across different markets?

These are crucial questions for a financial planner. I met mine at a NYSE summit, and with his help, my wife and I reallocated our $1.7M portfolio between a traditional IRA and a brokerage account. He’s been making investments with our approval and has helped us recover twice our losses. We’re holding steady and carefully navigating more markets

Robert is intentionally being unclear. When it comes to your personal finances. Doing what Dave Ramsey says is correct. When it comes to using real-estate as an entrepreneur to become rich you can do it faster with debt and Robert is correct. Dave Ramsey said he dis it that way when he was young and lost. Robert uses partners or teams not solo. Teams lowers risk. Usa does this too. All our heads are on the chopping block for the national debt.

Create a way to produce money not work for money... then buy real assets (gold, silver, real estate...) then invest if you choose. Unless you can buy stocks with your debt you might not be ready to jump into "The Market" and start investing to become rich. And don't forget that all the big main stream investors became rich using other peoples money, not their own...but that is just my opinion.😊
