Your videos give me hope for some reason. I never wanted a huge home before, but now after watching sooooooooooo many of your videos, I'm starting to look at it different. I put myself in a box where I can only see small for myself, because I felt that I would never be able to afford these types of homes. But listening to your soothing voice, for some reason I have hope for myself that I can and WILL own a home like this, and when it happens you'll be the FIRST TO KNOW, YOU HAD A PART IN IT. The edging style you inquired about is known as chamfer bead. You could describe the drywall as having a chamfered edge.

The wall transition is called beveled edged. This place, I can't describe with words. Spectacular with an edgy design, but stoic and calm, never losing its class. The whole package from inside to the back flows in a dramatic fashion. I'll probably add more, but I just want to take in the vid one more time. Like wow! Of the three, this residence is the best. I believe this is Residence 2. I do agree about the privacy on the 2nd floor bedroom. A new type of blind design with fabric is now being sold and would be ideal for that room to control the light. Of all the houses you have videoed, this Residence 2 is the zenith. I have kidded around about having the "Krulsies," but this one is in nomination for best model house, by far.

You have great taste Chakits. Spectacular views in one of the best areas of Vegas. Chamfer edge on the corners is something new to me too bud, and must be west coast. There's a million dollars worth of landscaping here. This is why Vegas is the most beautiful city on earth. HOA is pretty high for Vegas but would be considered really low in Florida.

It's called a chamfer or a bevel (all chamfers are bevels, but not all bevels are chamfers), a round edge is called a fillet

I love the round sink in the half bath this make it actually look bigger than it is more developers should use it. when you have few bathrooms it doesn't take to much sense to put a toilette next to a bathtub . I'm lying in the bathtube to smell the s*** lol . the pool is nice but they took away the possibility to really swim in it by higher up one part . its like for babies you can' t really use it. the master bathroom was great. but how are you suppose to sleep when somebody else is watching Tv in this retreat room and who will you send through your bedroom to watch TV upstairs . when you have all TVs on and no closed doors it can be loud it is nice to have open space but when ppl want to watch different things or work , read , play , research it makes sense to have at least one closed room
