Pick-me behavior is NOT a crime. I refuse to put women down, and I believe that the word pick-me are just degrading. we're getting mad at people who are victims of SOCIETAL pressures, rather than trying to take down that societal issue as a whole. The resurfaced clip was from 4 or 6 years ago I think. Belle Delphine did not make adult content at that time. She was more known for being a popular e-girl. The face she made was weird, but it wasn't considered problematic until later. Many many e-girls made that face. It was a trend. A lot of people considered it more "memey" at this point and would copy it as a joke. Ahegao was seen as problematic by some people at the time, but the majority just saw it as a silly face with a few finding it "hot". Then people began to dig into it, and the perception around it began to change. Basically, most people didn't think of it as problematic until later when they realized that it was actually objectifying towards women. For me, I was just really annoyed by it, because it was so prevalent. I remember thinking, "Can these people stop making this stupid ass face?" But that was the extent of my feelings towards it. Furthermore, ahegao is also not specific to child characters. Adult hentai characters make the face, too. The actual problem is that hentai in general makes the characters very childlike including the adults. Jake addressed this situation on a stream. He said he didn't realize she had controversy until now and unfollowed her. I remember a lot of CCs at the time liking her or had a crush on her, so if we're going to "cancel" Jake for this, those CCs also need to be cancelled. Secondly, as a short person, I hate hate hate when people say that a guy liking short girls is comparable in any way to pedophilia. I am NOT a child, and I do not look like a child just because I am short. This point is also moot, since his current girlfriend is not short and is 6'8". Also, I don't really see how Tara dresses childlike either? She seems to dress as an adult woman to me. To imply that someone might be a pedophile or has pedophilic tendencies just because of a throw away line in a random youtube video years ago or because a person happens to date short girls sometimes is just weird and irresponsible to me. I am not trying to put you specifically down for it though, because this just seems to be the pervasive opinion of the internet at the moment due to group think. I do think Jake has other issues, but this is not it. Also, I think you should've included some more responses from Tara to some of these things. For the interrupting incident, they were all very drunk. They discussed this in a later podcast, and Tara felt bad about it. She admitted to being bad about interrupting people and that she was trying to work on it. I think other points were good like the playboy thing, but a lot of the points in this video seem to have come from the snark subreddit which is not a good source of opinions or information. Not sure if that's where you got it from, but the ideas seem very similar. I've just seen the exact points and clips you've provided almost verbatim from those subreddits. You're probably actually getting your opinions from tiktoks which gets its information from the snark subreddits. Not much you can do about that.

Tomboy and pick me is a different thing! Pick me girls only say these things to put other women down and in secret they do use makeup and they do enjoy girlish things sometimes, they just say it to appeal more to the guys attention, it’s like a character that they play in front of men. Tomboys are genuinely not interested in makeup and feminine clothes because they just feel more comfortable in masculine style! They don’t do it for anyone to be interested in them, they do it for themselves and don’t judge women choosing to be feminine

Personally, I don't like Tara Yummy, and I think it's just her baby-like behavior. I don't like watching people act like that as it makes stuff SUPER awkward and very uncomfortable because you're a grown woman, and ik people can enjoy doing different things but I simply don't enjoy that and it's not like me saying I don't enjoy it will change anything lol

I’m so glad that people are calling HER out. Because she enabled this, she’s not a “huge victim”, she allowed the comments and she deflected the issues. She also needs to leave the men, if she has so many issues with how they talk or treat her. Tara is the issue, I stand on that. I hate the way she walks, talks, lives. That’s on periodt.

No, you are sorta right and sorta wrong, Tara may have been a pick me girl in the PAST. So it’s in the past, she doesn’t act that childish anymore, you and other people who hate her for being some pick me girl just know the bad parts of her being an annoying pick me, she is not a full on pick me, she has a good relationship with her ex boyfriend and they have stayed friends and all her other male friends, she may be seen as a bit weird around them which ik. Yes she has been, but she has plenty of female friends, and also she is an extrovert so her “pick me” behaviour may just be her expressing herself and her big personality. Tara Yummy is a mindset. Her statement there is another quote of her being an extrovert and saying she’s somewhat self centred no, she isn’t she’s just a very extroverted person she has confidence. No hate just speaking a fact.
