I myself is Spritual but I'm not religious. I was converted to Islam in 2003, and I left Islam in 2010. Before then I was a typical Christian in America. Fast forward to today, and I'm deeply Spiritual with some Islamic and Christian beliefs. I always questioned the Church and for good reasons. And yes, I definitely believe in God, but I'm not religious. Glad I got rid of religion a long time ago. And I don't neccesarily dislike Muslims, Christians, Jews, etc so long as they're not trying to get me into there religion, or saying "I'm going to burn", or other silly crap that belong to the dark ages!!!!! Yera💧.

Its something that can be taught but its better for you to fully understand on your own. This prevents being corrupted by a different persons personal opinion. But the gist is, everything is one and the same. The separation between "you" and the air you breath, the trees you see, is an illusion. You are those things, you are "me". Meditation will lead you to this esoteric knowledge.

being spiritual means knowing something thats bigger than yourself, and thats up to you. examples include being inspirational, creating art, making someone sad laugh, gardening and creating life, caring for your fam, or whatever you want to do to strengthen your soul.
