Yes, yes, yes...it takes so much courage to be real...particularly because there is so much fake ness around us. also, I'm finding that to cultivate who we truly are can also be a journey of discovery. its balancing both of these aspects which can be challenging, but ultimately so rewarding. Love it and love you! thank you!!

Truly inspiring, beautiful and compelling!!! Such a powerful message for all walks of life. Dr. Kris's delivery is organic, warm, informative and light-hearted, allowing us to laugh at ourselves and reflect in a positive and meaningful way. Her guidance is infectious, she is a magnetic force! In addition to an impressive public speaker, she is an incredible professor, and ultimately a profound leader in self-care. She reminds us how important it is to embrace our imperfections and how being honest and realistic with who we are is true authenticity. I am privileged to be her student. Collective efficacy!!! BRILLIANT IN EVERY WAY!!!

Dr. Kris is such an amazing and wonderful human being. She is my professor at Northeastern University, we know each other for the past over two years. I feel such an honor to be her student and to be part of her team. She has such a unique and warm personality which makes everyone who surrounds her feel so powerful and special! She helps so many souls to grow and be strong, teaches us how to be resilient, how to appreciate ourselves and be a true real human being. For me, she is not only my professor, not only a mother but so much more than that! Just like she said, a true global citizen! Thank you for sharing this Dr.Kris, we appreciate your thoughts and your open mind, your research and your perspective, your amazing soul and your voice to the world! Thank you!

Good research and great message Dr. Kris! When I work with my clients, after getting through and triumph over the immediate "non-working" parts of their life, we then move directly into being authentic, being honest, and embracing one's true self. Loving one's self is the most important thing we can do, unconditional love of self is one of the main reasons we are on this planet. Once we are able to unconditionally love ourself, we can unconditionally love others. Being a therapist and life coach, I appreciate your message, it is profound.
