The DC-4 has no cockpit fuel gauges? How can you fly the thing with such a horrible deficiency? Sell the damn thing... Get rid of it...

The require airplanes like the DC 4 Not many other airplanes can work in this environment Have a look at other airlines in the area almost all of them use the same sort of airplanes 😂

Pilots do not rely on fuel gauges for the most part. The fuel load will be calculated, the necessary fuel pumped and then the tanks checked manually by the ground crew and then monitored on the various stop offs and fuel added as needed. Despite modern aircraft having fuel quantity indication in the cockpit and flight computer manual checks are a still required.
