You could tell a Shawn Michaels esque story with Seth Rollins. He wants CM Punk, but he knows that without the World Heavyweight Championship, Punk doesn't care about him. Let Seth desperately try to get the title of Gunther, which he does at the Rumble. Then, in the main event, men's royal rumble match, the final 2 is Cena and Punk. Seth helps Punk eliminate Cena. Punk wins the Rumble gets his main event, and this sets up Cena vs Seth and Punk later in the year.

I think Seth vs Punk vs Roman could be a potential main event for Wrestlemania. The build up would honestly be main event worthy within two weeks but the good thing is we still have the time. Cody vs John Cena with Randy as special guest referee is also something I think could main event and everyone would want to see that. Off this match, they could build up either Cena or Cody vs Randy. Cena vs Cody doesn’t even need build up imo they could just do it anyday and that would draw a lot of people. These two are main events, but two starting matches I want to see are Jey Uso vs Dominik Mysterio for the US championship and Gunther vs Bronson Reed vs Drew McIntyre for the world title. For the women I think Rhea vs Bianca and Tiffy vs Charlotte Flair are the matches to make. Also iyo needs to be somewhere on the card.

I think Seth Gunther and Punk would make for an interessting story With Punk winning the Rumble maybe and Gunther getting his confidence back against people not that high up on the totem pole so that he goes into the main even overconfident. I like your Cody-Punk idea, but I'd swerve the finish! Cody is a natural heel......Heyman's favour could be that Punk is No.30 in the Rumble for example, giving him an 'easy' rumble victory. Things are just swinging in the direction where it's hard to turn Punk heel cause the fans will still cheer and it's gonna very hard to keep Rhodes face. Rollins turning heel makes sense, the Rock WILL return and Reigns will remain a tweener. Drew is a big factor and might become a tweener too. For CM Punk I have a few ideas. I like Roman v. Punk because of the story there with Paul Heyman. My only issue is Punk needs to win his first and probably only WrestleMania Main Event and I don't see him pinning the Tribal Chief. Punk v. Rollins is also a good shout, especially with the whole Gunther situation. Maybe Gunther eats a stomp, Punk takes out Rollins and pins Gunther, winning the title and having his crowning Mania moment. And then, Gunther can rest for a bit while Punk and Rollins feud for the title going into Summerslam. I like this one the most. It's the cleanest storyline that doesn't require too many of the dominoes falling in Punks favor. I like your idea of Cody v. Punk exactly how you said it but with the whole thing being Punk this time trying to finish his story but the difference being that Punk wouldn't mind cheating in that match, something Cody wouldn't do. So, Punk has his Mania Main Event v. Cody and Paul Heyman joins him, surprising everyone, maybe off the back of turning his back on Roman and being gone again. And then he turns heel mid-match like you said and then Punk is heel now. This one isn't really my favorite because I feel like Cody should lose to Randy. I feel like this would be the way I'd book the Randy v. Cody match, with Randy turning heel in the match and nailing Cody with the punt kick to win, since we're bringing back banned wrestling moves.

I just want to see Punk FINALLY get his main event that he has always wanted and in my opinion, deserves. He is very smart to create SO many legitimate ways to get there and that could be a story in of itself. Whether it was Seth, Roman, Cody, Austin, title or no title, any of them would amazing stories with great promos to look forward to. You could even make it a time running out for him and he needs to do it now story. IMO, Punk would kill it no matter what. Hes arguably already had the fued of the year with Drew and people have loved Roman and him so far, si to me it just makes sense.

I can't see SCS Austin coming out of retirement again for another match. His body is pretty shot when he retired and it's even more shot now, and the amount of things he can do is going to be limited - even more so then when he fought Kevin Owens. I think he was fine having gone out in Dallas, Texas in a Wrestlemania - I don't think there is anything that can have him do another match now. He could Appear, but I don't think he will do another match in his life.
