I wish more speakers do something like that. Especially financial literacy, wellness, and end of life planning. I'm tired of seeing fish frys and car washes to bury big mama and Mr Charlie.

I gained weight while I worked at a juvenile prison (for 10 years). I found out later that too much stress causes too much cortisol which causes health problems. I got pretty sick so I'm trying to learn everything I can.

PS 100 stops that cortisol . Jarrow formula brand doesn't use soy.

What does working at the juvenile detention center have to do with anything? 10 years?? Lady your comment causes stress. You're all over the place.
@shericontrary25355 жыл бұрын
@@gandytruth I guess I'm trying to help people who work in helping professions such as police officer or nursing. We always have the stress of dealing with clients/ patients and then there's admin hammering on you because they don't give a rat's ass. If you worked in one of these kinds of professions you would totally get it.

I know that's true. Just look at this nutrutional counselor who was 100+ lbs. overweight when he came off police force. Wow! Eat all day to be hungry😢

I became a Dr Sebi vegan on 4/11/20...and have lost 50 lbs as of 7/14/20. Through this process...I realized that I was addicted to sugar and cheese. I had to have both daily...several times a day. I now know that I can never go back to those foods. Just as a junkie or an alcoholic...I know that by reintroducing those foods back into my life will bring back the addictions...as well as the weight.

This is probably better episode than usual. I wonder if we can get this without waiting until we are sick. It's tough. Once a kid gets a hold of sugar, it's a done deal. And frankly, kids follow what adults do. So how do we combat this without being fit ourselves? I'm working on this, but it is such a struggle to stay on the path. Cravings get the better of me. The only thing that has worked, is fasting, both Intermittent and water.

If you come sick and ill and you get stricken with cancer your weight can drop dramatically in a matter of 45 days you could be dropping a good 60 to a hundred pounds if not more depending on if you got illness and if you were fasting and you decided to fast and do nothing but just drink water of course it's possible to lose enormous amount of weight specially if you going too fast 45 days this man did not say that he lost a hundred pounds in one month he stated that he has dropped a hundred pounds from 250 now he's down to about a hundred and sixty lb so whatever the case is he looked good bigger and he looks good now I agree that we should have a plant-based diet because that is the most healthiest however I'm a person realistic a little bit of poetry once in awhile turkey once in awhile lamb if you choose I'm not going to do a hundred percent but I will give 80 and on a good day I'll give you 88% but 12% I'm going to eat what I like🍋🥕🍆🥑🥝🥔🍍🍅🍉🍈🍇🍎🍐🍊🍋🍒🍌🌶️🍄🥜🌰🥖🥞🍖🥙🌯🌮🌭🍕🍟🍔🥐🍱🥗🍲🍛🍝🍠🍵🍾🍷🍹🍰🍰🍰🎂🎂🎂🍧🍨🍩🍬🍭🍯☕️🍫🥛🍰🎂🍩🍹🍸🍷🍾🍵
