As a casual hiker, I just did the day hike from the trail head to floe lake to a bit up the numa pass back to the trailhead and my legs were crazy sore. You are a monster! Well done!!

That's still a big day though! Quite a bit of elevation gain up to Numa pass. Floe lakes amazing too, hope you enjoyed it.

Wow…what an epic trail. Im embarrassed to say that I’ve only covered that distance in 5 days and not one. Been here in Canmore now for a week and have done some nice hikes, Larch valley, Sentinel Pass, Big Beehive, Johnston Canyon, Ink pots and Sulphur Mountain trail. I know these videos take time, effort and a lot of dedication…but are very much enjoyed…sat here on the sofa…😂. Keep up the great work, always look forward to the next one.

You're right it's a GoPro Hero 10 and I use the media mod for a microphone. Comes out surprisingly well! Easy, small and lightweight for trips like that.

Do u need a permit if ur not staying overnight?

You'll still need a national park pass but no camping/wilderness pass as far as I know!
