One of the things that I really struggle with is finding things to be interested in. I feel lost and dont know what to enjoy anymore.

What a terrific video. The FIRST sentence nailed it. For health in general. One of my worst habits is going on too little sleep. I wish you would have mic'd your self but other than that great stuff and much appreciated.

I appreciate your effort and time in your videos. I think if I could sleep somewhat normally my depression would ease. I have not taken any medication besides benadryl and even then I stay awake all night. I realised I drink to fall asleep even though the dreams are horrendous. I am 55 and don't really see a way out of this. Ptsd and depression big time, but if I can't sleep there is no recovery for me. Physically healthy but my will to live is fading fast. Appreciate your responses on this channel to me, I am at the end of hope here, sincerely C Deeds.

I believe my insomnia is about 50 percent of my anxiety, and I'm sure my diet has much to do with this also. But I definitely catastrophise when I wake up and let a negative thought cross my mind. And for whatever reason I can't stop this from happening. I've lost 7 close family members and friends in the last few years and always wonder why this seems to happen so frequently around me. But I'm on medication and don't really feel like it is helping.

Nobody ever died of insomnia? Not true. There are cases. I'd mention the name of the illness but it might just get people really paranoid about it - it's scary.

I used to do that too but its dried out my sinuses and eyes too much. Now I just make sure I don't have my cell phone or tablet on 2 hours before sleep because of the blue light. And I started soaking in hot baths. CBD products help but they are expensive.

Remeron? Really? I had a very bad reaction to remeron, indeed. 15 mg, taken before bed, gave me extreme fatigue, nausea, weakness, tremors and an extreme appetite throughout the entire next day. I was horrified they prescribed it for me. I’ll never touch that stuff again.

Love this guy but there are a few misnomers in this one. You can absolutely become addicted to trazodone or remeron. Not only physiologically but psychologically as well. Please try his other suggestions first!

Vanishing Stone I'm in daily misery as well, please don't ever take your life or feel that you don't matter. If nobody cares for you, I do. Also, get plenty of good night's sleep and I don't know about your personal introspective such as a mate, but if you want one, hope you find perfect compatibility. I wish you all the best my friend.

Excellent Video,, covering the Medication issue also,, I have a friend who was prescribed Elavil,, the first night she took it as prescribed,, she was up all night. She took at as the Dr. told her to. What would cause an extreme adverse effect? She said she does not know how she made it through the day at work the next day,, She was exhausted, and out of it,, and extremely nervous. I myself was wondering if she had been taken off of another Med,, and placed on Elavil, could that be possible?
