This revamped and refreshed Challenge is a great way for skaters to stay active & moving throughout December. There will be strength and cardio workouts ranging from 15-20 minutes long, mixed with mindfulness/nutrition/healthy habit prompts to get you through the Holidays and closer to your goals.
All workouts are provided to you via the Roller Derby Athletics app! In this 4 week program, we help you train:
- Habit Coaching
- Legs
- HIIT
- Upper Body
- Core
