I have grown several roses in pots! The DA ones will do well for a few years then they need to be moved into the ground to thrive in my experience.

Coming along nicely! Your ground cover bush type rose is called Betty Boop. I purchased mine about 3 yrs ago and have not seen any since. I think the name is very fitting and it makes me smile when it blooms.

Does it bloom all summer? I just got one this year and am trying to figure out exactly where I should locate it for winter protection.

Oh that’s hard to narrow down!! I’ll narrow it to 7! But if I had to choose right now I’d say: 1. Sweet Mademoiselle 2. Lady Ashe 3. Summer Romance 4. Ball Gown 5. Star of the Republic 6. Cinderella Fairy Tale 7. Apricots n Cream There are so many to love though!
