hahah wtf. There's a point when u walk to up someone where you're both reading each other's body language and decide which way to turn from there...:P it normally doesn't happen at the LAST SECOND unless its crowded, or the people weren't looking...hhaha but its funny nonetheless

Brilliant, guys! I just subscribed to your videos. When I encounter this situation, I usually shuffle a bit and exclaim, "dance with me!" with a big, dumb grin on my face.

When I moved from the USA to a drive-on-the-left country, I got used to the driving pretty fast, but it definitely took me a while to adjust which side to walk on. I'd veer right and of course the oncoming person would veer to their left, leading to the quagmire (droitwich). Took a long time for me to re-wire that instinct.

i am sending this to each and every Hong Konger i MEET and go-like-this to in the ever bumping streets! Wish there were more instructions on the when-exiting-or-entering-a-lane or when-you're-coming-out-of-a-doorway types.

Where I go to college, "Droitwiches" don't happen. You just get run over by people who don't care that you would rather walk on the sidewalk than veer off onto the grass because they and their friends are walking side-by-side.

THANKS I needed this. After listening to the evening new, seeing too many political videos, and some other really good but emotional vids, this proved a real good way to relax. Good ol t'tongue in cheek' brit humor.

Brilliant! I miss British manners, well of the older folk. I live in Spain, Malaga, and trust me here there is no manners its head on collision when you walk.

In 1821 a young woman was trapped in a well. she ate herself to stay alive, days later a group looked for her and found the well. they went in one by one, each went missing. when the last one went down there he landed on many eaten corpses, the bite marks were the same size and place. now that you know this she will come to your house 3 days after u read and eat u bite by bite unless u post this on 3 more movies.

At my school, "Droitwiches" don't happen because one of the members involved is always looking down at their damn phone! So I have to veer off the sidewalk completely to save from running into them...and they don't even notice! I'm just gonna run into them on purpose next time, I think. >_>
