People always talk about the ANZAC side of things when talking about Gallipoli. But I think it was actually more significance for turks, as it was what gave Ataturk his first bit of prominence.

This is my favourite battlefield game as well! I wouldnt say its my favourite war campaign, but dice does massive battlefield simulation at the most prestigious level... definitely should do these live! Our cries were heard, he did another round of Battlefield 1! If you ever do it live I’d try to be there. Another commenter mentioned Call of Duty World at War and the original Black Ops. I 100% agree, if you have time maybe watch some clips of their cinematics to get a feel for the tone. Real history is an essential part of those two games, as a teen those two games taught me more about the reality war than any other media. Both games also have a cult following online and I don’t see other content creators revisiting either. Might attract some views. I know I’d binge a series if available 😎

This was based loosely on the British landing at helles. And since the Australian army never had conscription in ww1 the kid didn't have to try and avoid it. Plenty of young kids did fight during the war in the Australian army. Had a uncle who enlisted and fought at Gallipoli and France he was 15 when they landed. His 3 mates he enlisted with never made it off Gallipoli.

Out of the pre dreadnought battleships/battlecruisers, 1 was damaged and 2 were sunk so that only HMS Queen Elizabeth escaped. All hit mines and in the narrow Dardanelles there wasn't much space for the battle wagons to maneuver.

When I play missions where there are horses available I often like to use the saber on the horse to make an old school cavalry charge and it often works in open spaces.
@Tom_Corvus5Күн бұрын
You could do one campaign story at the time, but that is alright. :/ 23:58 and how about drawing a saber/sabre? 🤔
@nathanlandry1016Күн бұрын
Battlefield developers really did a good job displaying the indiscriminate carnage that was WWI. While BF5 didn’t do great with its campaign’s historical accuracy, I would highly recommend you to play the mission “The Last Tiger” as the story arc is superb.
