Like most places though to be honest? I do think we are trying, just no money here like some places have.... like South Wales for example!

Oh, we've got plenty of "Wrexhams" in the US, but none with the boon of Ryan & Rob. Hard-scrabble, working-class mining towns even exist in Wyoming! Sadly, no one's building us such a lovely memorial park. 😊

One thing it also could serve as hosting what in the US are *Craft Fairs or Craft Festivals.* Usually in Spring, before Easter/US Mother's Day, and in Autumn, before holidays for buying gifts. Charge a small fee for vendors who will be using long tables and chairs they bring or you supply for the day. Also weekly *Farmer's Market* maybe or even do *community yard sales there, or yard sales and proceeds towards the team, or the town,* etc. If you have a gardening club or Agricultural Dept., some *landscaping beds around the area, a few strategic trees,* taking in account as they grow, and make it a real multi use and some for profit stuff. I am imagining so many uses for this, and if you make foldable and stored things like mass seating, booths, canapies, moveable planters for large plants you create walls out of when needed to divide areas, etc.

We have a massive square called queens square that does this already though and the playgroups already dominate any available space. A huge memorial that’s tongue in cheek to Ryan R would put us on the map with tourists

Lucky you! We had a small amount of sun here today as well, which was so nice! I'd love statues but I don't know if thats going happen because its mostly serious stuff they are doing which is a shame really.

Rob has had just as much to do with the recent success of Wrexham as Ryan. Always feel sad that he is overlooked due to Ryan’s next level fame. Would be a kick in the teeth if he didn’t get recognised alongside his business partner and co-chairman in the naming of this park.

Everyone here more than realises that. Remember though, this was Rob's idea or production crews idea, for it to be a surprise birthday gift for Ryan. The temporary stand was Rob's idea and his four walls whisky sponsors it. I am sure Rob will feature in it somewhere.

Since it is going to be run by the city for the city. I think a more universal or Wrexham themed landscape is only fair. It would be nice to see some tribute to the football club and it's owners McElhenney and Reynolds. Although pretty sure Mr. McElhenney was being very tongue in cheek with his suggestions for the park. Lit by green lanterns?😂 Love the idea and maybe for St. Patrick's Day since I believe St. Patrick was from the Wales area, before coming to fame in Ireland.

Apparently the green lantern bit is very true and will happen LOL Outdoor cinema looks like a goer so does pop up stalls. I imagine one of both will open it too which will be great but also totally manic!
