In my last video, I talked about Frank and Sandy Rzucek (Shanann Watt's parents), and Frankie Rzucek and the message of love we can take from them. In this video I look at how we can find that love inside ourselves and feel more of it. I talk us through a mixture of visualisation and mindfulness.
I have a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, a post graduate diploma in Integrative Counselling and another in Counselling Psychology and I have done extensive research on narcissism and the effects of narcissistic abuse. I work as a coach specifically with people who have experienced narcissistic abuse. Please subscribe to my channel!

Thank you! I loved this! I think about the Ruzack's a lot and in particular the gracious Sandy. I've been thinking all day about Frankie saying he finds it hard to hate Chris Watts and Sandy turning to him and saying "That's because I taught you not to hate". Talk about grace under fire. This is a family that defines love. I really believe that Chris was initially drawn to Shannan because she had something that he didn't have and that is the ability to love. Keep the sunglasses on, it's important to protect your eyes!!!

Thank you for that lovely meditation. 💕 I appreciate how careful and caring you are with all the little souls out there listening. My ex partner was scarily similar to Chris and I wince when I hear him talking and the way he talks. Knowing his abuse/actions towards Shan'nan, their children and the character he became for NK. Witnessing this case makes me realised that I am one of the lucky ones who escaped a Narcissistic relationship. And your insight is so wonderful and has helped in the healing process An the journey of self forgiveness. Thank you!

In fact as he was a psychiatrist he said I will have you taken. In my state you can for evaluation of 48 hours and he can talk to the doctors ofcourse and why really he wanted my house my money, at some point he was drunk and really mean no he broke my arm and dragging me around at some point I saw a moment to escape and he was chasing me and thank foe someone opened the door. No need to apologize for the sunglasses. You look really cool, or shall I say really hot, with them. I rarely see sunglasses of that size, and they do fit you well. And what amazing surroundings. Do enjoy your stay in Cambodia. I'm old enough to remember a rather tragic history of Cambodia, from the mid 1970s to the end of that decade. The Chris Watts case has had an enormous impact on me, and still does. The Rzucek family is one great family, and I can't imagine the tragedy they have gone through and the great loss they've suffered. Once again, I really do appreciate your views and Insight. This to me is meditation and it's so important. It's such an interesting and refreshing thing to encounter this exercise in a video from someone who mostly speaks about narcissism and crime. This idea you had about finding a place of love so you can send love to others is so wonderful. I'm very interested in all things criminology and I can dive into it a lot with no psychological discomfort, but that's because I always come from and go back to a place of love, where there's no judgement towards myself or others, no matter what they've done. Fear blocks love from flowing freely through us as it should. We grow up with so many fears. As you learn to let go of your fears, as you start to feel safe and secure and that you are enough, the love that is what you truly are made of will flow through you and from you easier and easier. We need to understand that if we don't feel this unconditional love for ourselves we can't truly give it to anyone else. And we can't get it from anyone or anything else either. There's nothing that compares. Thank you for your part in bringing this awareness to those who watch your videos, you've done something truly magical here 💜

At first I was laughing but when she asked to think about someone we love my dog came to my mind. He died last year, but we had a really strong connection. The moment of love she asked us to remember, well he was sick for weeks and I had to force liquids in his mouth to feed him, he would not eat on his own or any solid food. After several chemotherapies I tried again and left the food inside his house. He walked to eat it and I was happy. Out of nowhere he just stopped eating and looked at me, I was far away. He left his food and walked all the way to me, all weak but happy. I will never forget that, I was surprised... it was like a thank you. When he died I was devastated, my hope is that his life in this world was good enough and that he felt how much he was loved. Thank you, I don’t know your name but... thanks for helping us.

Oh my... I wasn't expecting to have such a wonderful feeling creep into my body. I positively clung to and and will revisit it often. Do people ever say that more than one person or pet entered their heart, almost in alternating images? Seeing love for me from the other's point of view was something I wasn't expecting and found it very moving and life changing. I find it easier to give love than to accept love. Sharing that love felt so good and right. Thank you.

I used to live with some lovely men and women who had Downs syndrome and they were the first people I ever felt strong unconditional love from they simply are uncondtional love they don't have to work at it. I always think of and connect with them when I want to connect with love (especially in heart centred meditation it's an easy way in) and they were alternating with me a long with my beloved cats and dog. I watched most of your videos around the time of CW but missed this one, however I’ve found it now thank you. It’s pleasant and relaxing. This story upset me very much as I unknowingly walked into a narcissistic relationship, little was known then. I had many years living in fear of him, divorce wasn’t heard of then and a bad example to show your children and grandchildren. But now I managed to leave him with help and now I’m divorced as the children are grown. It’s time for me now, I have no longing to be in another relationship, there’s just me, self forgiveness is what I am struggling with now as my boys are drifted away from me, I feel that they blame me for the way things have worked out. It has been a painful journey, he never told me he was sorry and never said he loved me. I knew nothing about Narcissistic abuse, I just hope I can recover enough to find peace.

Whenever I do heartfulness meditations (which are silent), it is always visions, memories, and feelings of love for my son that pop into my head. I always think, "should I be thinking about something else??? I can't help it!! These are the images in my heart." Nice to hear that I was doing it perfectly all along.❤

Wow, this was amazing! I’m trying to heal from narcissistic abuse while being strong in my situation and for my boys. I feel depleted often and this was such a gift today. That feeling was so warm and nice. I remembered my Mums pink jumper! Her hugs were beautiful and I did become emotional at the memory. I’m so lucky to have been so loved and I still feel her love all around me. I just don’t notice it in my business. That feeling made me feel anchored and secure. It’s so valuable, so thank you for this. I’ve saved the video to rewatch.

This exercise I felt was great. As soon as you mentioned hugging and smelling their eyes i remembered my daughters( who ive no contact with for years) I just started crying. I remembered them in their fluffy pajamas smelling beautiful after their baths. Hugging and kissing them through the night . Kissing them goodnight. I miss that with every but if me. But I know that was years ago. They loved me then but not know. I did my best at the time . It wasnt good enough but i know I did my best. I often think of Shannan and her family and I wish i could hug them all. They would love it I feel. Bless them all. I'm keeping this video. Great

Ditto to your comment. I also have 3 boys who I gave my whole world and like you said, "It was never enough." My ex is a narcissist himself and he put them againt me. I have always wondered of it could be Gene's from their father the reason they are that way but listening to her video's I think because of their father they might be narcissists as well.

@@paolaestrada1387 its very hard I know. . I've just learnt its best to let go no matter how hard. I had to for my own sanity. I'm also aware of the downfall I played in my family. I know i will never see or hear from my 2 girls again. It's been 3 years over that already. But I have tried to make contact but they want nothing to do with me. My youngest girl who still atm lives with me got in contact with her middle sister. But her sister have her a choice of ill be in your life if you have nothing to do with mum. I know some things I did wrong. But there was never closure. So I had to make my own. They never said goodbye after cutting me off. I feel most of the blame was put on me. I'm ok with that now. But I feel too much has been said and too much murky water is under the bridge now so can't be mended. None of trust. Very very sad but i have to concentrate on my youngest before she leaves. I hope things work out with you children. Must be so hard for you. I empathise. I do.

@@paolaestrada1387 its very hard for children not to love their mother even if your horrid. Lol. I'm sure your not. We can only hope as they get older they understand just a little where we are coming from. To me it's not about what i did for our have them in a materialistic term but i know they know they were loved so much. Even through their mistakes etc. They will allways be loved by me. I've told them this. So if nothing else they know that. I cant do anymore than what I've done. I made mistakes I cant change. I was never violent or abusive a bit strict looking back. It's really hard to let go when they have been your everything. It's like ok what do i do now? I was a mother what am i now. Well you are still everything. You can do anything. Get up as hard as it is and boy do i know get dressed put on lippy go for a walk. Join a group. Read . Do what made you happy before you had your kids

Big Texas Hugs and Love to Everyone. We are a special compassionate group with such wonderful kind comments and support. I adore studying crime shows but the Watts case and other cases made me realize how fortunate I was on my life's escapes. Your insight and explaining made multiple situations 'click' in my mind. The moment of realization. The Rzucek's have shown us you don't have to 'like' everyone to be 'loving' towards them. Thank you for the video

the Rzucek family and Watts family is like night and day . I have delve into this case , and seen Shannanns videosand full of life she is I didnt even know them but iloved their light I think we could all take a lesson from this family The details are horrifying .What you are doing is starting a movement of love you are helping people take charge of their life and change their outlook and the core of who they are seeing the triggers and seeing the patterns so they dont end up in a toxic situation . Tori is awesome as I think you are god bless

I have accidentally happened upon your videos about Chris Watts and his lovely wife Shannan and her baby boy, plus their two girls, Cece and . I think it was after I watched a few videos about narcissists and the affects this has on the children of narcissistic parents from another speaker. As a result, I have found myself looking back at my 27year relationship with my ex-husband and how our life went from good to bad pretty quickly and how long it took for me recover from the emotional abuse and neglect I experienced at his hand during and since our marriage ended. Your beautiful way of looking at the people involved and the way these people affect those in relationships with them has been very kind and helpful, especially when you point out how certain videos might make someone feel triggered and ways to take care of ourselves. I feel terrible for Shennan's family who had no idea what she was dealing with, and neither did she. Sadly, he took each of their lives and that has to be very difficult for them, as it is for many of us who feel a lot of empathy for them and their family. I feel very cared for in the way that you approach these videos, I don't know how else to call it and I want to thank you for making it easier to relive some of the affects, accidentally. You have a lively gift and I for one am grateful to have found your videos, by accident.

Live Abuse Free I just felt like it was sparking a lot of unnecessary negative comments and reactions. I didn’t feel the need to get comments telling me that I’m a narcissist or that I must identify with a murderer because I said I could feel empathy for someone who experienced emotional abuse or neglect as a child. I found it unnecessary. People can sit behind a computer or smart phone all day long and say things to you that they would never say to your face. I have enough negativity in my life that I don’t need to get it through a mobile device when I was just sharing a simple thought. Anyways, I’m sorry I deleted your educational and well thought out response. If I can figure out a way to put it back I will.

@@Jred80 I didn't see those comments you mention, I didn't see anything about you being a narcissist. If that happens again, tell me so I can delete the comments. If you can find away to get it back please do and tell me so I can quickly delete any abusive comments on that thread. I loved your comment because it was such a great introduction to an incredibly important topic. I put a heart on it at first but removed it incase people didn't open the thread and read my response- I didn't want to encourage empathy for CW (for the reasons I gave), out of context. But nothing wrong with you empathising with him.

I believe that your heart and studies are in the right place. When this case first happened I had to study another day as it was simply too heart ❤️ breaking. Not just my personal life at the time, yet clarity. This case is heart breaking for so many reasons, a beautiful mom pregnant and the effervescent energy of two sweet little girls. Then you throw in the beautiful landscape of Colorado. Over two years later I am dissecting it now. One thing I just cannot grasp in all of my humble college degrees is why did he (c.w) just decide to walk away? Loving someone else requires loving yourself and in the heat of the moment, it is best to walk away. Thank you for sharing your knowledge to make this world a better place. Who knows, maybe Shannan and the little ones will teach us all something about love ❤️ and humanity?
