Had a toon that lived almost a week without killing...humble dude...just living off the land....ran into Berizino for some water...."FRIENDLY FRIENDLY FRIENDLY" was the last thing I heard before a fully kitted toon blasted me in my unarmed face...My inventory was fish, fire making, a stick, a knife, and some meds....can't avoid the "THERES A DUDE!!!" Twats who just want to shoot something. What a great game! Hope to survive longer next time...but "friendly" means nothing....just some shit people shout to get the upper hand.

14:00 that little hut on the roof looks like it could be a good place for a base... you could build barriers on the roof to hide behind and snipe people and if the only way up is by the ladder you could just shoot people as they do the climb animation... i dunno if you can also temporarily block the top of the ladder with a floorboard or something? the only problem would be if they throw a grenade in but you could leave that room and come back in again... i think it would be pretty hard to get you up there... although ive never played so i dunno how the building works in the game

Also, don't know if you know Paul, but there's like 20 underground areas or more on DeerIsle, tunnels, caves, caverns, sewers, bunkers, facilities....I'll name a couple, there's 2 technically in Stonington, Crotch Island, Power Plant, Prison Island, the Mountain....that's all I'm saying, there's a ton more, there's one that's not Mt Kahoodian(whatever) that's actually almost as large(not really, but almost) that's literally a giant underground cavern with one way in.
