I am a 24 year old man. Working as a geologist. At the initial stage of my career, work load can be tremendous. So I usually visit a WNBA game for some peace and quiet. I don't even buy a ticket, I just walk in no one even notices. Trust me! 😂. Its more quieter than a public park. 😂

I think it’s because the women on those teams are more motivated by school pride and feel grateful for the scholarships they received. Most of them don’t want to go pro because they know it’s be easier and probably more profitable to just become a nutritionist or a nurse or personal trainer or something. So they stay all four years, studying, hanging out with their friends on the team, and probably going to a top notch institution they couldn’t afford otherwise. While if you’re in the WNBA, you’re probably just jaded and salty, constantly having fantasies of a freaky Friday scenario with LeBron or even just any NBA player.

I kinda feel like the game for women has been kinda watered down and although there are more women playing now, the talent has been diluted. I hate it because being from Houston the Comets were loved here in the late 90s. Sellout crowds, televised games locally, and big parades when they won their 4 rings. I was a big fan of theirs and watched all their games

The Comets were the dominant force in the early days of the league. Cynthia Cooper and Sheryl Swoopes were entertaining to watch. I enjoyed watching Swoopes play at Texas Tech too. I watched a bit of the WNBA in the earlier days, but have lost interest over the years. I can't remember the last game I watched, and I've never been to a game in person.

Going to a WNBA parade in downtown Chicago sounds like a horrible dream. I have been to 3 games over the last 15 years and they had incredibly low attendance and the games dragged on at a boring pace. Who knows, if they start letting biological men into the league things could get interesting.

The first game I watched with in maybe 10 minutes there was a scene where the teams went up and down the court 5 times and no one scored. That's each team having 5 possessions and no points, on one drive the girl missed a wide open lay up. I watched the UConn women's Championship season and they played infinitely better than any WNBA team I have seen. I honestly believe the UConn Huskies Women's 2013 to 2016 team would whip any WNBA team.

The problem with that league is that they're women that don't like being called women & don't really look like women in their uniforms. They look like nonathletic teenage boys. In fact, I'd rather watch 14 year old boys play basketball than watch these women. Notice that all of those sport media talk shows dedicate abot two minutes, if any minutes to the WNBA.

the reason I know of the wnba is because for middle school for a field trip and man it was over hyped. so it was a NY liberty they said meet and greet with Maddie their mascot that never happened then they said NY liberty Shirt when you enter that didn't happen but I did get a string bag. There were 7 school there when I when that show that most of there crowd is just students on a field trip. I think I was the only one at least at my school who cared about the game I don't even watch the NBA. they lost but my last point is I spend half of the game waiting in a Nathan's hot dog line.

Contrast that with 5'6" Spud Webb who beat Dominique "the human highlight film" Wilkins to win the 1986 NBA slam dunk championship! Webb had style,could explode,fly,and throw down with immense power despite his limited height. So there's absolutely no excuse.
