i'm just a noob. But i've felt that forts is a bad map for japanese. Because it fucks the kura storehouse. And the koka township is super expensive to maintain. 60food 60 gold is too expensive and it now starts training instead of instant spawn. The feudal is super screwed for the japanese in this map.

If only the sacred site victory timer was less than 10minutes if you had an enemy landmark destroyed at the moment of all the sites' capture. It goes back to 10 minutes, if the enemy landmark is repaired and then a site a decapped

(as Mongol) I beat a conq 3 today trying this very same Japanese strategy, down to the horsemen baiting spearmen production into mass Onna-Buge spam. Can't help but feel like there has to be a better answer than the crossbows that came out here. I personally was able to win my game but going up to age IV and massing mangudai to punish the Buge-balls running around the map. But yeah Bugesha are so cracked, my favorite thing about Japan. I think he's definitely woke on the power of the x2 produced villagers, as well as the extra TC's being slowly curved out. I think it may be worth swapping the main TC though to the frontline for its better effectiveness for its macro cost. The sheep hub never moves so it can just have a ton of emplaced towers to defend it. Gold x Wood needs the moving defenses.

Wow that was the messiest game I've seen in a while! Divine really could have used some cavalry in that game just to clean up the bugeisha raids. 10 or so Keshiks with the movement speed to ride them down would have made a big difference

Drongo the problem is not taxing billionaires, this is the easiest thing to do. I could draft you a law for them to pay 90% of their income by tomorrow. The hard part is getting them to actually pay in a globalized economy where they can move their money anywhere in the world with a few mouse clicks. Australia is making a law that says i have to pay 100 million a year in taxes? *clicks a few times Now my money is in a Saudi bank where there are no taxes. You get nothing, good day sir.
