Story 1: I'm happy OP was able to meet his nieces and was able to get a little piece of his brother back in C. This story teaches that family isn't about who you're related to its about having good and quality people who care about you. He as well as his sister and nieces cut off alot of shitty people including his brother and parents in order to have the best family. He should never reach out to his parents. They are feeling sorry now because they're all alone and have no one. And this is all their doing. Put their one son above everyone else and that son destroyed many lives including their own son. All because of their own actions as parents. This loneliness is their karma

Good to hear that latest update on the 1st story. Of course, had some rough patches there but looks like OP is doing good with his new relationship with his nieces. As for his new issue, OP should give some good thinking on whether or not he contacts his parents. He has some very fair and heavy resentment towards them and it's always hard to get over a betrayal like that. However, if OP even has a tiny bit of him that might be curious to what his parents will say to him now then it might be worth at least 1 meet up. "Expect the worst, but hope for the best" as the saying goes if he did decide to see the parents. And OP should only go that route if a part of him WANTS to do it.

There is a special place in hell for family members who steals a family members spouses. Especially siblings. You force everyone to pick a side. Normal families would side with the betrayed. Some ahole family like this one would sude with the cheaters. And the betrayed has now lost their family.

As i said, bitch is brilliant so my suggestion was probably considered by her but she's lovely and enjoys intelligent diagonal with me, even when its out of my wheelhouse. Because they changed greatly and based on updates after the shock subsided a week or so post funeral they absolutely drilled into him and he had long lost golden child status. @ivymerritt75778 ай бұрын
Story 1: Hmmm, meeting the parents again? That's a tough call. Personally, I wouldn't do it. Parents who play favorites rarely see the error of their ways, and could spend most of the time with OP trying to justify their actions. Plus, it appears from the update, the main reason they're interested in talking to OP is because others family members aren't talking to them anymore. So they're just lonely. However, the events that happened after the family found out about C's true parentage COULD potentially have opened their eyes to what a dirtbag they raised or they truly want to see OP because they DO love him. So if OP ever sees this, my answer is a cautious "yes" on meeting his parents, as long as he goes into the meeting with few expectations. P. S. It might be good that OP never had any daughters, cause the 6'4", 240 lbs tough guy probably would be a TOTAL pushover! 😂😂😂
@buttholesurfer32138 ай бұрын
Sounds like they just want OP back in their lives because they don’t want to look like total failures. Their sons have abandoned them, one for justified reasons and the other (P) out of pure narcissism. The fact that neither talk to them makes them look pathetic in the eyes of their peers. By roping OP back into their lives, they can parade him around in front of their social circle and say “look guys, we’re not complete fuck-ups!”

Hmmm, I kind of understand why OP's nieces (C and S) want him to re-contact his parents but they should be the first ones to do the 1st move imo... Their supposed "neutral position" and support to the betrayers led to one of their sons to self-delete and another one to cut every contacts with them. And now their grandchildren are caught in a somewhat crossfire caused by their favoritism and their non-willingness to rectify the wronged parts... They lost 2 sons because of their golden one and are letting 2 of their granddaughters suffer because of it after 20yrs..? What pathetic beings they are...

May be a stupid thing to consider, but is it possible that OP im 2nd story is an affair child? Idk, why else would everyone get STEM easily and not her? Like ik thats not necessarily genetic, but could that be a reason why?
@XaxaWashington8 ай бұрын
Not necessarily. Even speaking of just genetically, a massive amount of your genes affect your brain's formation. So her getting a "bad set" (not good word usage as she isn't stupid) of genes from both parents in that regard wouldn't be abnormal. "At least a third of the approximately 20,000 different genes that make up the human genome are active (expressed) primarily in the brain. This is the highest proportion of genes expressed in any part of the body." -National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke Intellectual elitism is a real thing in spaces like that, it's the reason for the rampant adderall abuse in schools like the ones she went to. If you don't do well in a subject, then you are often times considered garbage, even if you are still doing amazing in others. If your parents are apart of those circles, you could be ostracized because you're a "disgrace to the family".

If green eyes are the main trait in all the siblings except one... yeah, there might be a good reason, i think there was a high probability the scummy brother was the result of an affair. Usually when children are favored or ignored its usually because they were affair children. Same thing happened in my family with my middle brother, my mother made sure he got way more of everything compared to the rest of us, and my mom treated me and my other brother like garbage. Years later after we are all adults it comes to light he was our half brother and an affair child. Everyone in our family, even extended, has blue eyes, my middle brother was the only one with brown eyes, and his blood type was ultra rare and impossible to have otherwise. Not too hard to figure out, his behaviors, and demeanor were also very uncharacteristic of either side of the family as well. The DNA test the neice took in the story would have shown the relationship between her half siblings to be slightly closer, i.e. double cousins, high half sibs, etc. If the different fathers were actual full brothers. Grandma is for the streets, thats for sure.
