The reason why people got it incorrect because they put bracket even though it is not given you must do it serially to get the answer 1/4

you can also get option c if you put parentheses in a different location 2/(2/2/2) = 4

and you get b if you forgot to do the problem you can also get c since you dont know the answer, c becomes the right answer
