Interesting is, that this is simple if you know some math basics. And you deliver some easy understandable basics, that are most of the times are never explained in school! In german: Nicht jeder kommt instinktiv auf die Lösung, nur der etwas Erfahrene. Und damit helfen Sie, Menschen Ihren weiteren Ausbildungsweg etwas leichter zu machen. Es mag zwar ohne Beschränkung der Allgemeinheit trivial sein, aber nicht jeder kommt in der Schule oder Ausbildung darauf. Wie so vieles, ist es einfach, wenn man es schon kennt. Anderen nicht Kennern kommt hoffentlich hier die Bedeutung des Kommutativgesetz in den Sinn, sowie die einfältige Regel: "Aus Differnzen und Summen, kürzen nur die Dummen". Da mathematische Fakultäten immer aus Produkten besteht, wird die letztgenannte Regel nicht verletzt und somit sagen viele Kenner, Fakultätstherme sind oft einfach vereinfachbar, als andere auf den ersten Blick komplexe Therme! Motivation: Mit anderen Worten, warum will man vereinfachen? Weil ungelöste mathematische oder auch physikalische Probleme sehr umfangreich sind in der Beschreibung. Und jede Vereinfachung erhöht den Fortschritt. Man überlege, wie Newton, Gauss, Leibniz, Fermat und alle Ihre Therme berechnen hätten können, wo jeder Einzeltherm nicht auf seinen Hauptteil vereinfacht wurde. Blablabla..ich jönnte noch tagelang darüber reden...tue es hier aber besser nicht

Although the value of 7! Is = X! (5040), it doesn't mean that 10!/6!=7! This is called a Mathematical Paradox, where the value of an matematical expression misleads to a wrong interpretation of a formula or a rule..

You are overcomplicating it. You found one solution by inspection, then you have to figure out if that solution is unique or not. One way to prove that the solution is unique is to show that x^x is increasing for x>1 and is less than 1 for x<1.
