I'm loving your channel. Please keep the videos coming. One a side note, when it comes to fried plantain, the twice fried method reigns supreme! After the first fry, I press (using a plantain press), dip in salted water, and fry again. This method ensures crispy edges and a delectable soft, chewy center, so yummy!
