I had to hop off the scale for a while. I was definitely obsessing about the number. My battery died and I can’t open the little door to put a new one in, so I guess I don’t even have a choice now, 😂

As a former gastric bypass patient (2008) I am starting to put on weight and really appreciate this podcast. My obsession on the scale is terrible. Also, with my surgery I have a tendency to be very hungry in the morning which seems to go against this model. Any suggestions?

Gain wait!!! Avoid it at all costs. Just make sure you don’t eat breakfast. That’s all there is to it. Also, the scale lies, so don’t use that either
