Absolutely spot on analysis in this video couldn’t agree more with it. As an Englishman I’m really overjoyed we’ve been able to appoint a manager of Thomas Tuchel’s ability. I don’t care if he’s German, he is the best man available for the job. We need a trophy now after all these near misses. He can be the man to deliver. Tuchel can also influence how England play for the future building a philosophy through his guidance. A lot of countries now who have clear philosophies of how they teach the game got taught by foreigners like Puskas and Cruyff with Spain for example. Don’t listen to the horrendous English media, they always pick fault in everything.

Most of the English managers that we know have only managed in premier league in contrast to Tuchel who has managed in different leagues. That gives him an advantage to understand what other nations are capable of because of his reputation as a club manager in each league.

English media complaign they got a proven german manager meanwhile their previous manager was irish, 2 of their most successful managers are swedish and italians and conveniently forget to mention the part where there is no english manager good enough for the position, ironically southgate might be the best english manager rn.

I agree, But both of our last foriegn managers were shit. except for sven who was decent but capello was terrible for us. they were both by far, not out most successful managers

It isn’t make a wish foundation. British managers have been given big clubs and failed. It is an indictment of FA coaching courses for English coaches, that the two best candidates for the England job were Spaniard and a German. Two countries where UEFA pro coaching licence cost £450 and £250 respectively. This means Spain and Germany have a huge pool of professional qualified coaches 35,000 in Spain and 55,000 in Germany because it is affordable to anyone and giving them more quality coaches. England made this course £12,000 to protecting coaching roles for uneducated former players with disposable money, meaning England have a small pool of 6000 professional coaches made up mostly of people with no good formal education and that might explain why England can’t produce elite managers.

The media isn’t the actually the fans. Media is more right-wing than ordinary people because full of upper middle class posh people and former England players who only want to admit English coaches are inferior. Most English think this appointment is great.

As an England fan I just want to be proud of the performances in knockout stages. We have a psychological block when we play a top 5 team in knockout stages. Before we even think about winning we must beat a top team in a competitive match.

Not true. They are mad because they are English its in our DNA to never be happy. Plus a YTber did a video talking about how Pep would fail the job as England manager because Peps tactics take longer to adapt to.
