Cold air is likely in the eastern and southeastern US later this February but we just don't know how cold of if any snow will be involved in the deep south. We might also see an increase in severe weather once this pattern changes in early March.

What’s funny about excessive future casts is, people will believe them wholeheartedly even though they’re wrong 95% of the time. Then in the same vein turn right around and discredit you for missing a 2-day forecast by 5 degrees. It’s genuinely mind blowing.
