Amazing woman. Love how the smartest people are quiet and humble. I love that she's not selling her success story, like everyone is these days. And LOVE how she isn't a dropout of any kind, as is also very popular lately. People need to hear more about how education is necessary. Thanks for inviting such a wonderful guest :)

This is what I took from this; I am limited by my expectations in the sense that my success is dependant on my expectation of the outcome of a task and that determines the attitude I take in regards to starting it. And I figured that my happiness is also limited by the expected outcome. This reminds me of Earl Nightingales quote. "If you expect success you will get success." What she mentioned is the missing formula to this attitude of life. Her drive and outlook in life is super inspiring. Thank you Dr. Dilworth

Interesting. At around 33:20 - 35:05, she starts going in depth about a concept that is basically identical to David Goggin`s cookie jar. Two very different people. Two very different worlds of success and accomplishment. Both share the same mental mechanism for pushing through tasks. Genius gives clues at times.

Indeed. That's why I love watching your content Tom. Every guest fills in a few more puzzle pieces to the ultimate psyche. Oh, and just incase Mr. McDonald is running out of good ideas for guests, I might have a few off the top of my head. 1.) Manny Pacquiao - "Started off selling cigs in the Philipines. Now he is an 8 division boxing champ, congressmen and musician." 2.) Chris Gardner - " Will Smith`s character in the movie, The Pursuit of Happiness,. Enough said." 3.) Jordan Belfort - "The infamous Wolf of Wall street. Though his story is un-ethical, he is master salesman with unique insights from his criminal past." 4.) Erik Weihenmayer - " Lets just say, you have no idea what a blind person is capable of. This guy is truly an inspiration." 5.) Ed Snowden TV call - " Ok. His actions were controversial, but the guy made it to the highest ranks of the NSA with a GED and determination. The impact he made was tremendous regardless of whether history judges him as a traitor or patriot." I better stop now. Too many possibilities in my head.

...or maybe they read the same books :) Listen to Anthony Robbins and Brian Tracy and then listen to old recordings of Jim Rohn...any rflections ? In every branch there is some kind of group of leader that listen to each other and develope similar concepts. Then someone new come up and show everyone that they boiled in their own souce and that world is different. If you listen to top business coaches thay saying same things - write up your goals, visualize, bla bla bla bla.... Most (almost every person) trainees never succed. Then come Dan Peńa and said to you - I am highly trained army officer who worked for inteligence agency, then retired and start business, succed ($100 MLN in 80'). Then he become business coach and he beats his trainees up, use a lot of verbal abuse on them and they come back (with free will) for 2nd and 3rd seminnar and pay 10.000 british pounds for that experience and almost everyone get succed (Dan Pańa is called 550 bilion dollar man, because his trainees gain 550 bilion net worth), even 19 year old guy after Castle Seminar earned milions of dollars.....then you realize that there is one guy - Dan Peńa and the rest of teachers are just "book authors", they earn they monej selling books about how to earn money and if you cut off their publishing "business", they are not significant person with toons of PR and marketing buzz. Same with marketing "gurus" and other modern branches that "creates" unmeasurable values.

Dr Joe Dispenza & Crystal Dilworth are definitely one of my favourites as they provide you with Scientific information about why our brains think in a certain way and how we can 'try' to change it. Read the book by Esther Hicks called "The Law of Attraction." It's the original and best book on how our subconscious mind actually generates the Matrix reality around us. It's explained so simply and so clearly, you will fall out of your chair. This book was written before "The Secret." The very first major book on using intention is called "Think and Grow Rich." But the science is explained in more depth in Esther Hick's book. These 2 books are considered required reading. Also see "The Holographic Universe."

She seems very smart and kind, but I've been in STEM academia for a long time and the majority of the people create a negative toxic environment. These people foster limiting belief systems, can be condescending, and practice superiority complexes (because of their power in many of those ivory towers) which then leads to imposing limiting beliefs on those around them. This includes the women and honestly the most marginalized folks within the ivory tower too. Everyone needs to do better and focus on collectively being better people on the inside and out and I believe this is the greatest take away, primarily by not giving a fuck about anything but inner peace which can trigger enlightenment which truly promotes healthy extraordinary beliefs... Just a reminder accolades and success in many realms are not, in many cases the measure of intelligence or hard work but instead the product of one's physical and mental environments.

The VR talk made me remember an experience I had with the Vive when playing a game called Raw Data. It's a wave shooter game where each level gets progressively difficult. I think around level 6, there are robot samurais. It isn't a level like the previous levels where you face large numbers, it's just one of them. On this level, I knew the round had started but I saw no enemies, I searched and searched but, nothing. Then I turned around and there it was, towering above me, around 6-7 ft high, this robot was standing with it's sword raised. In that moment, I dropped to my knees, cowering behind my raised hands, essentially begging for my life. It felt incredibly real in that single point in time, the only problem was the robot didn't care about my submission, it had no other object other than to kill me. And, in the game, I died. I had to take the headset off. I sat on the couch in silence for about fifteen minutes where I contemplated a few things. Firstly, that I really wasn't prepared to fight a war if I had to. Secondly, that if we had to fight robots, we'd most likely lose. And finally, for a moment, I truly understood the fragility of life. How vulnerable we all can be at any moment we don't expect it. I have no doubt if I saw the robot coming at me I wouldn't have been affected the same way. And that's the fragility of life, something we cannot see coming that blindsides us. It is incredible how my mind was disconnected from reality when playing that game, and yet it could still experience real world emotions.

I can see lot of comments where people are in awe of her. I wonder why???She was able to accomplish this because she is born with set of neurons that is helping her to do this. She just utilized her blessings the right way. I have seen plenty of such people born with right set of neurons and then coming and boasting their attributes and success story. I respect people who were born with en number of difficulties, who have really gone against all the odds emotionally and physically. I am not being cynical about her but this is my frank opinion.

I'm following Crystal for a long time. But beside how smart is the introduction didn't mention how beautiful she is. Just 2 good reasons to follow her work :)
