Diggin that new intro! Woodcuts been on my radar to sample for awhile, weary about that caramel tho but will give it a go nonetheless. Via del profumo bottles are perfect, need to sample that house and Mecca Balsam sounds good

Michelle! I am a huge coffee nerd as well! My favorite brewing method is the clever coffee dripper. I’d LOVE to try some more black-owned coffee roasters so keep those recommendations coming. Lyric Woman sound right up my alley. I have found that my favorite Chypres always have rose, jasmine, ylang ylang so this fits that bill. -Chris

Hey Chris! I haven't tried that method but a friend of mine had one and only used it as decor 🤣. I'll be sharing more coffees for sure. Lyric woman is pretty amazing, what other Rose Chypre a do you like?

@@theudopantograph Literally every single classically composed Chypre has rose, jasmine, ylang in it, so there must be something to those three. Everything from My Sin, Crepe de Chine, Shocking, La Nuit, they all have it. A great rose forward chypre would be Fin de Siecle by Libertine. I loved it, however longevity was an issue for me. -Chris

Ooooo that smoky coffee sounds really good. I'm pretty liberal with my beverage preferences but I have always loved a smoky tea that goes by the name of lapsang souchong. Got to start hunting for my options for smoky coffee here!

Lyric Woman was my most recent purchase! Personally, I don’t like tonka in most fragrances... except Dior Addict. Have you tried Serge Lutens Forreau Noir? I don’t wear it often but I like tonka there because all sweetness is balanced with lavender. And I did not know about keeping coffee beans in the freezer... thank you for the video!

@@theudopantograph Enjoying Lyric Woman! Frankincense is one of my favorite notes, and I’d expect Amouage to bring it-but I really appreciate how florals and spices give this one roundness, warmth. It’s not as dry/solitary as most frankincense perfumes I love. I pick up a lot of cardamom and vanilla on my skin. I actually bought the travel sizes (10ml x 4) to keep my perfume collection somewhat under control :)

Morning, Camille. I take my coffee seriously 😂. Thank you, mostly from word of mouth, travels and honestly stalking Fragrantica and Profumo, my algorithms are useful 5% of the time too 🤣

I heard Lyric Woman is more difficult to wear than Lyric Man, is that true?

Hmm, I haven't tried Lyric Man, but I've heard a lot of that about the Amouage perfumes. I'll let you what I find.
