I was in carlshalton near the pond staying and in the dream I saw a Goa collegue of mine staying with me in London dancing in Carnival parade in Goa.I Got up from sweet dream brushed and sat with cofee brousing Television to my utter surprise I saw Goan folk in traditional dress and flowers stuck to their hair on one channel it was a film shot in Goa India with Carnival parade in it later came to know as Sea Wolves . I thought for myself had I been in Goa I wouldn't been able to watch it.It was a wonderful dream and film of course depicting Goa's conection to World War II Thank You Sai Baba for great experience.

Loved the '70s' fashions in the movie. Sideburns, flared trousers and safari suits. But it was set in WWII!!!!!!!!

Diana Rigg WAS supposed to be the female lead BUT Roger Moore's then wife put a stop to that
@thomaschacko63202 ай бұрын
Didn’t know that, but I’m not surprised. Luisa Moore was known to be a pain-in-the-ass on the Bond sets. No wonder old Roger dumped her!

Where were Trevor Howard and the great David Niven??
@thomaschacko63202 ай бұрын
Niven was already in poor health during the filming, with early signs of ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). I’m sure he was at his home in Switzerland.

The Duke and Duchess taking time out from a busy life watching Wimbledon tennis to attend a film premiere, poor souls I hope they weren’t inconvenienced, and Lord Mountbatten getting posthumous publicity again instigated no doubt by the film’s Director that pulled the same trick as he did on his previous and recent film North Sea Hijack.

The Duke and Duchess worked so hard watching either tennis or films..Mountbatten was a sicko,who preferred movies where nobody wore clothes..

Absolutely garbage film TBH. But this upload is interesting in itself as a historical document if nothing else.
