If you have the East Coastway with the Seaford Branch Line on Train Sim World 2... if you enjoy the route, please do take a venture onto this branch Line. It is highly recommended and better to see this route in person especially Bishopstone Station! Like to thank you all to watching this video and also if you wish to follow The Friends of Bishopstone Station. They do have Social Media links which will be featured below. Yes I have it on Train Sim World 2, unfortunately I live nowhere near the East Coastway. But it does look like a really good route in real life.

East Coastway is one of the best routes in TSW2, in my opinion. I like how it lets you drive 3rd-rail EMUs in a relaxing rural environment rather than the incredibly busy Brighton Mainline.

Thank you for sharing your journey Simon, I love these quiet little branch lines. Bishopstone Station is indeed a very attractive station which is crying out for a full restoration, although, I hope they leave the Inter City 125 poster in place lol, it must be at least 40 years old now. 🙂🚄🚄

I'm amazed that any 313s are still in operation despite being over 40 years old. As for the pronunciation of 'Dieppe', I'm not an expert on French pronunciation but I'm pretty sure it's pronounced as if it were spelt 'Deeyepp'. My favourite station on the Seaford Branch is either Southease or Seaford itself. I find it fascinating that Seaford has always been a terminus station despite the building being adjacent to the track instead of right at the end of the line (and perpendicular to the track, like it is in Brighton). Southease reminds me of Woodside and Matarawa stations; both on the Wairarapa Line here in New Zealand. Both those stations are pretty much just tiny countryside halts with tiny carparks, and they are served by the locomotive-hauled Masterton to Wellington trains.

Great video Simon. Looks like a beautiful part of the country. Looks like you enjoyed yourself on this adventure. P.s Where did you get the dope tune from? Bishopstone featured on Tim Dunn's Architecture The Railways Built if you saw it? Was very good.

I have done the seaford branch line twice now, it really is a great line and a chance to see the 313s. New haven harbour station is now closed for public use just to say :)

I've enjoyed part 2 despite hearing someone got hit by a train in which i offer my condolences and seeing a crazy person stopping a train at Lewes! Apart from that Southease feels like ashchurch. A station in the middle of nowhere for trains to pass. Bishopstone is lovely and so is Seaford! Looking forward to your next video! And now to correct Rockstar Poole with the counting! Brilliant vlog. I really wish I did get a chance to do the Seaford branch when I was living in Brighton, it does look very beautiful. Also it would be nice to see the station building at Bishopstone restored to its former glory. :)

Wonderful Simon plenty of Southern PEP action I'm glad that they managed to get rid of that ridiculous graffiti on 313201 Big Blue a perfect BR Livery as well, this route along with the West Worthing Branch is my top priority in the future to get these Southern PEPs knowing what changes could be, some of the Art Deco waiting shelters do remind me on certain Train Station's the Merseyrail Network and I'm just wondering if the Wirral Railway and the Southern Railway have the same Material usage on them?:)

The person was probably hit on another route by the driver on previous diagram before working the East Coast resulting in the cancellation

I knew it was on another route but after that, I had no clue and possibly it could had been that, it's one of those topics that I don't like to talk about but only mentioned it in the video because I found the cancellation strange. it possible that could of been the case but don't want to speculate

The entire line is 1 to 1 with Train Sim World 2 East Coastway which I own from TSW 2 Collectors Edition and I'm wondering what Is the correct procedure for an 8 carriage trains of 377/4 377/1 377/6 377/3 Dual voltage 377/2 377/5 & 377/7s because in Train Sim world 2 there are 8 carriage trains that end at Seaford
@Sim0nTrains2 жыл бұрын
For a 8 coach train can have a 377/1/2/4 for a eight car as they are 4 coaches, can do a 377/6 with a 377/3 as the 377/6 are 5 coaches and 377/3 are three coaches, but a Class 377/6 mainly work with other Class 377/6s and Class 377/7 mainly work with Class 377/7s. Class 377/5s can work with 377/2s but they work on AC Traction with the pantograph as well as 3rd rail

The Seaford branch line is probably one of those lines I haven’t been on. Also that lady deliberately made the train stop as it was departing should of been fined for wasting time and causing delays.
@Sim0nTrains2 жыл бұрын
There was someone onboard who shouldn't be which is why she got the train to stop but it was a stupid move as well as she was over the yellow line but a desperate move too.
