My wife and I had a party a long time ago. I had to work the very next Sunday and when I went downstairs there were bodies everywhere, pizza cartons, beer bottles, overflowing ashtrays, you name it. I picked up a coffee and a paper on my way in to work which involved watching gauges in a boiler room. When I got home at 4, the house was clean like it never happened.

Clearly the sound has been added to a silent movie with talking samples taken from their later sound movies.
@RonRay4 жыл бұрын
This movie was made before the "talkies" and was a silent film, so the sound heard here was "over dubbed" much after its release in 1927. That is why the written script and the words do not match. Director Leo McCarey brought Laurel & Hardy together as a team through this film.
Sound effects and sound are added, since this was a silent.

lt was a transitional period, and there were theaters which were equipped for talkies, but not all the theaters had the technology, at the end of the 1920's. So, some of the silents films had sound added later, and some of the modern talkies were produced with dialog captions for the movie houses that didn't have the sound equipment.
