It makes me angry how everyone is like „Andor made SW dark and gritty“ when this literally existed 10 years ago.

I love clone wars, but the show was not consistently mature. Parts of it were gritty, other parts were lighter. That’s fine, I actually quite like that Clone Wars had a lot of content aimed at younger audiences, but Andor is entirely aimed at mature audiences, with very few moments of levity in it. Also when people talk about Andor being “gritty,” they’re not talking about violence, they’re referring to the fact that the writing is exclusively for adults. Gritty violence has existed in Star Wars ever since Luke’s parents got turned into burnt meat-skeletons, but Andor is the first time the series has actually switched genres from Space-Opera to Political Thriller in its ENTIRETY. Parts of other shows and movies delve into politics, but Andor is the first one that sticks with that genre from beginning to end with no side characters or plots to appeal to a wider audience.

If Anakin Skywalker had been Trained by Mace Windu for 11 years and then Anakin has Darth Bane's Sith Holocron and Truly Mastered Darth Bane's Djem so....... Count Dooku is Completely Screwed.

Anakin was already a master of Djem So, so much so that by the time of order 66 he could take on the Jedi temple guards and the battle master with little effort. He didn’t need names holocron for that. As for windu he would have probably been the worst teacher for Anakin and made his fall to the Darkside easier.
