When my friend and I were younger she had these shithead neighbors that always would Annoy Us. We found up some money went to the dollar store and bought three cans of Silly String gave it to them about 2 minutes before their mom would call them home they took it home and sprayed it everywhere in their house and gotten such trouble that was a blissful week that way they were grounded and we never got in trouble for it.
