I enjoyed the hype more than I actually enjoyed Twilight 😂 I had a bunch of miscellaneous Team Edward and Team Jacob merch (because it was all cheap at Walmart - $5 tote bag and $2 packs of pins? Sign me up!) and “joining” in the conversations. But then when I tried to read the book it bore me by chapter 8, and when I tried to watch the movie (I tend to watch movies before reading the books anyway, so I can enjoy both forms of media instead of getting pissed off at the movie) it was just so cringe that I almost left the theater. Thus I went back to reading Skulduggery Pleasant by Derek Landy, and all was right in the world again~

Riverdale is actually a pretty good show , it’s just this season is confusing with gryphons and gargoyles and the farm in one season . They should’ve done season 4 on the farm . but the show has a good likable cast and they can act , but the writing and scripts need some major improvements for season 4 . Secret life was awful and the storylines were repetitive , first Amy gets pregnant then Adrian gets pregnant .

Kids getting pregnant in Highschool was something that I never experienced, my friends were to scared to even go on dates much less have sex, they actually cared about school, high AP classes we were always studying, playing sports, or working on our next play. I didn't have my first date or worry about boy untill I went off to college. I had my first kiss at 19. I mean I guess it happens but it's weird to think that it happens in high school.

It probably depends on where you live and how your parents raised you. Teen pregnancies are probably less common outside of the US (in developed 1st world countries, I mean). Also, most of the teens who had little to no concern about school were either very poor and from a rough home or very rich and spoiled.

@@franfran1408 I went to a magnet highschool for music, and performing arts. You either had to be in honors or AP classes. My friends worked very hard to keep there grades up. Most of my friends went to Burkely, John Hopkins, Sarah Lawrence, NYU, Preston, UCLA,.Pepperdine, Fullerton and many other top universities. One of friends is a top exist for Disney and another is a casting agent for Broadway in New York. Studying hard and being a good student was most important. I also went to HS in San Diego.

Lol and for me, camp was at our high school and you went home every day because it was a month long. We didn’t just live on campus. When I went to camp for ROTC we stayed on the military base but that was for a week, it was segregated and we had fireguard duty where people would basically walk around and monitor the tents to make sure no one was sneaking out. You also shared a room/ tent with 8 other people! No sex was happening there lol.

Basically guys at my school were playing this game called "nut check" were they would smack eachothers balls unexpectedly while in the hall just to cause pain. Well me and my friends decided to do the same thing but call it "pan check" and cup eachothers crotch. Well I did it to my friend one day and the principal was down the hall and saw me so she called me into her office and explained how that was considered sexual assault in the real world and she could technically call the cops. She wanted to know WHY we were doing that and when I told her "just because we think its funny" she didnt like the answer. So in an attempt to "connect" with me so I would possibly open up more she told me about the show. I just repeated my answer but she procedeed to keep talking about this show until I annoyed her with my redondant answer and she gave detention. Also it should be noted that I was in highschool 9 years ago, as a 27 year old I do not think random crotch grabbing of my friends is funny or acceptable anynore.

The dialogue is really bad and for some reason the writers decided never to use a synonym for "having sex" so you could turn watching the show into a drinking game (drink every time a character says "have / had / has sex") and you would be super drunk very quickly.
