I love that she doesn’t even bother to think about her flaws and only focuses on her good characteristics this is in psychology what we call positive reinforcement were she’ll continue encouraging good behaviour and ignoring bad habits making the bad habits after a while disappear. I have been a really negative person since I was a child because I had a really bad life so it kind of stuck with me to be super negative and talk to myself in a bad way even as an adult but for the past 6 months I have been changing the way that I talk to myself and the way that I think and my life has never been better up until now. Not too long ago I have remembered this Wonyoung's way of thinking and I have been doing the same ever since. Everything "bad" that happens I try to see it in a good way, like it happened in my favor, and when something good happens I immediately tell myself "uhhh I am sooo lucky 😊". This mindset is literally life-changing. I have never felt better and been more positive in my entire life and I am almost 27 now. I wish I was able to do this sooner, but I guess it's never too late to change your life for the better, I am still super young 🍀🌼
