Flip the phone horizontally to full screen for max effort cinematic symmetry.
On the stages to eradicate suffering as you transform from solidity to liquid to smoke to air/emptiness and experience all stages simultaneously through Contemplative Fitness. Like the stories of quantum mechanics, Reality is both and neither particle or wave, Schrödinger's cat is neither dead nor alive, and the Observer's effect where everything is co-dependently arising through the paradoxes of symmetry and valance. Don't even need to go there brah, you can actually verify the narratives of physics, neuroscience, art and design through DIRECT EXPERIENCE without knowing you have a brain!

I love your videos so much, Frank. My spiritual journey has taken a huge turn up. I learned the other day how important balance is in vipassana. If the attention overshoots or undershoots the event then it misses it. I'm looking for the synchronization of awareness and the event, balance, which just comes with practice. My first vipassana retreat is in a week. Thank you and take care!

Innate seperation and the forced strife of existence leaves a hole that you can't think your way out of. There can be a realm where the good aren't punished for choosing to be good and the bad rewarded for evil. This non-duality bullshit is a beastial outlook w no ideal equanimity. It's a short stop of emptiness. God said the chaff will be wiped clean, he has become carnal seperation. He has become that that has no soul. No ideal or identity. This realm is meant for the individuals soulful transcendence through an identification with divinity.

Hey Frank, thank you very much for sharing your insight. I find it incredibly interesting to as I'm going through the enlightenment process. I do have a question that I would love for you to answer if possible. What are your thoughts on sex at this stage in your life? Is it an interest? I would imagine your physical urges would still manifest, but they are not possessing you to act unless you choose so. But on some level do you decide to engage regardless? This would be especially fascinating to hear your perspective on the matter as your old content was very sexual. I wonder if it is still a part of your life, but just a much lesser focus, or if it is not an interest at all. Anyways, thanks for the new content. It is wonderful to hear truth. :)

Getting over something quickly robs you of everything u can learn during the process of healing. And suffering is a part of life. Being able to feel pain means u are alive. To eliminate suffering, u will also eliminate life. If you are afraid of necessary suffering, u are afraid to live life. U suffer in the gym and in dieting to have a better body, in order to become the best u. Ofc avoid and create less unnecessary suffering as much as u can for others. Idk why ppl are never precise in what they say.
@frankyang

I've been there done that. There hasn't been a side effect to not suffering as far as I can see. I'm doing everything I used to love doing while I was suffering and enjoying them and doing them better. Living life to a fuller degree. I think most of this talk about "suffering is necessary" is a cop out and excuse to continue our addictions to negative emotions, which only causes suffering of others. But then again suffering is co-depending on pleasure :p🤝

*«While a complete set of laws would amount to a complete deterministic history of the universe, calling the universe "completely deterministic" amounts to asserting the existence of prior determinative constraints. But this is a logical absurdity, since if these constraints were real, they would be included in reality rather than prior or external to it (by the containment principle). It follows that the universe freely determines its own constraints, the establishment of nomology and the creation of its physical (observable) content being effectively simultaneous and recursive. The incoversive distribution of this relationship is the basis of free will, by virtue of which the universe is freely created by sentient agents existing within it.»*

«While a complete set of laws would amount to a complete deterministic history of the universe, calling the universe "completely deterministic" amounts to asserting the existence of prior determinative constraints. But this is a logical absurdity, since if these constraints were real, they would be included in reality rather than prior or external to it (by the containment principle). It follows that the universe freely determines its own constraints, the establishment of nomology and the creation of its physical (observable) content being effectively simultaneous and recursive. The incoversive distribution of this relationship is the basis of free will, by virtue of which the universe is freely created by sentient agents existing within it. Let's elaborate a bit. Consider the universe as a completely evolved perceptual system, including all of the perceptions that will ultimately comprise it. We cannot know all of those perceptions specifically, but to the extent that they are interactively connected, we can refer to them en masse. The set of "laws" obeyed by the universe is just a minimal set of logical relations that suffices to make these perceptions noncontradictory, i.e. mutually consistent, and a distributed set of laws is just a set of laws formulated in such a way that the formulation can be read by any part of the system S. Obviously, for perceptions to be connected by laws, the laws themselves must be internally connected according to a syntax, and the ultimate syntax of nomological connectedness must be globally valid; whatever the laws may be at any stage of system evolution, all parts of S must be able to unambiguously read them, execute and be acted upon by them, and recognize and be recognized as their referents. On the other hand, might cognitive syntax reside in an external "ideal" realm analogous to Plato's world of Parmenidean forms? Plato’s ideal abstract reality is explicitly set apart from actual concrete reality, the former being an eternal world of pure form and light, and the latter consisting of a cave on whose dirty walls shift murky, contaminated shadows of the ideal world above. However, if they are both separate and in mutual correspondence, these two realities both occupy a more basic joint reality enforcing the correspondence and providing the metric of separation. If this more basic reality is then juxtaposed to another, then there must be a more basic reality still, and so on until finally we reach the most basic level of all. At this level, there will (by definition) be no separation between the abstract and concrete phases, because there will be no more basic reality to provide it or enforce a remote correspondence across it. This is the inevitable logical terminus of "Plato’s regress".»

Before awakening, did you practice noting with labeling all day (in the gym, in the supermarket, etc)?
@Sasha-li2bn

He said in multiple interviews that he did not focus too much on mindfulness "IRL" - only when meditating. I can tell you from personal experience that doing noting all day will skyrocket your progress but can cause head tension and headaches + a feeling of dissociation. I noted whenever I wasn't interacting with a person or doing some task that required high processing and still think it was a good decision because I combined it with Samadhi and Metta meditations which help with the tension a lot. @@fundeadwarrior Read Mahasi Saydaw "Practical Insight Meditation" - it's free on google and has only around 60-70 pages packed with direct instructions on how to do noting practice which you can combine with other practices such as Metta. The book will give you better tips than I can. But when and if you reach the dark night stage continue working through it diligently even thought it can get demotivating. For more detailed information on "Dark Night" you can read the "Progress of Insight" part of Daniel Ingram's book - Mastering the core teachings of the buddha 2. (Also free on google). @@gabegabriel9288 I've cycled 2-3 times in the past 6 months but am now in very mature equanimity and will go to the mountains just so I can isolate myself a bit from my friends and all the other stuff and focus on meditating more. But the reason my equanimity has matured so much(IMO) is due to the heavy insight+samadhi practices and heavy reading I've done in the past three months. gl to you brah

Hi Andre, I honestly suggest that (if you're serious about getting all of this) you read the books Frank read to get to where he is and combine it with actual practice of course, otherwise it'll just be a flat intellectual understanding. At this point he is speaking from direct experience and saying stuff that can be interpreted on several levels due to the fractal nature of our minds. The only way to truly understand is to experience it. Much love
