Great story and a great interview! Thank you! Jesus taught that being good isn't just about doing the right things but about naturally living right because our thoughts and intentions are healthy. If we're right on the inside, just managing outward behaviors will work. The tough part is figuring out if our inner life is falling short. Ben suggests we ask God to search our hearts and show us what we might be missing. By becoming more aware of God and ourselves, we can ensure that our inner life supports the life we show on the outside. This hit home for me, reminding me that true growth comes from within, not just from what others see.
