Hi there I was wondering if you have a video or can make a video on how to get back to whats important after a stressor has occurred.Meaning ways to get your emotions regulated so when those stresses do happen, they are not so impactful or long lasting. Sometimes it can take me days and even a week to get back to my important goals. Thankyou. Great video.
