It's hard for beginners to do this because pros take the ability to do all of this in one second for granted. People like me just can't do all of this. This reminds me of his tip to spend more time on moves in rapid games. I often spend just a few seconds on each move in rapid games. That probably came from me seeing pros having the opposite problem.
