17:24 Hi Mark, I hope you're doing great. I have a quick question. My husband is a merchant navel officer and he travelled to different countries to sign off and join the ship and I haven't traveled much in my life. My question is do I have to show my husband travel history in my travel history column???
@avleenkaur2743 Жыл бұрын
I have two very important questions for you- 1) do we need to mention us coming to canada on study in the travel history? Should that also contain a separate line for the layover ? 2) first and last name is mandatory for family members name . However my sister does not have a last name, just have given name as per the passport. How to list her name in the PR file? I will be claiming her points as she is a permanent resident. I am looking forward to your revert.

Hi - I got confused on your explanation, you said I don't need to put the country of origin to the travel history but if you went to the US you have to mention it that you went back to india? that's really confusing. My country of origin is the Philippines, and I worked in the UAE for 5 yrs (was my previous country of residence), and now residing in Canada holding a work permit. On my travel history - I only declare all the travels outside PH, UAE, and Canada. I did not include the travels between these countries because its all declare on my address history. On the travel history, it specifically says on the website only declare the travels "OUTSIDE" of citizenship and residences for the last ten years. Now I am really confused after watching this video.
@CanadianImmigrationInstitute4 жыл бұрын
Don't be confused. the key for me is not to list any place that you have listed as your address also in your travel history for that same period of time.
@simplyrics4222 Жыл бұрын
@@CanadianImmigrationInstitute hi what I am confused about was the first time I travel to work. Like 2014 I travel to HK from Philippines to work, I didnt include this coz I think is my current residence that time, I only put the all my trips outside HK(current residence). Then when I came to canada I also didnt include it bcoz canada is my current of residence, I only put the trip outside Canada.

@@CanadianImmigrationInstitute In the address history section, it says "Do not leave any gaps" between addresses and in fact the system won't let you complete the section when there are gaps. Let's say I have a student residence address "P" in Canada from Sep 2020- April 2021. Then I go to vacation in India for 4 months (Apr-Sep of 2021). Then I have another address in Canada "Q" from Sep 2021-April 2022. I tend to think of the address history section as permanent locations you lived for a long period of time. Consequently, I want to put the 4 month India vacation in the travel history, but to do this I would need to extend the residence contract of "P" till Sep 2021 even though it wasn't till Sep 2021. Is this okay to do since they don't really ask for address proof or should I add the india vacation address to the address history?

Hello Mark! I have a question. I am a primary applicant and my husband is a dependent applicant on our express entery profile. I have got the invitation. About my husband's travel history, he drives transport truck from Canada to US (import and export, works as a driver for a company). He used to go every week on a long route and come back in 5 days. and now he goes on small routes but he does cross the borders everyday. There are no stamps on his passport and his schedule was so unpredictable. How can i add all that history when I don't remember anything and there is no way to track all those enteries? He is doing this job from a year, so even if I remember it's not possible to put all the enteries there?

Hello um Isusan, my sister in law was a student in australia, due to a sudden financial difficulty she couldnt finish her degree and she had to come back to our home country.. Also, she was in a accident and she hadnt put a insurance at the time. Didnt had money to hire a lawyer. She was pinned down as faulty by the other party's insurance company for $12000. Which she didnt paid. She also had brought two 3 phones under her name which she didnt pay back after she came back home. Now she has finished with her MBA and she is hoping to apply for Express Entry. Will these affect my sister? Thank you

Hi, I got the invitation to apply in express entry and I think I made mistake filling in the information like in work history or in education history so I could not continue my application. In that case, how can I start the application again so that i can check if i really made any mistake
@CanadianImmigrationInstitute4 жыл бұрын
Pulak, it all depends on the exact nature of the mistakes you made. At times, we can correct the errors in the eAPR and provide a letter of explanation and legal submissions detailing why IRCC should accept the change and not refused based upon the A11.2 assessment. However, at other times, the errors can not be saved and the ITA has to be declined because the eAPR will be doomed for failure if you continue. Of utmost importance is that you do not misrepresent anything within your application. This goes without saying. I recommend you book a paid consult so that we can look at this together and then I can give your proper legal advice on how to proceed. Have a great day. www.holthelaw.com/consultation/

Hey Mark, I really appreciate your work on helping the aspirants :) I have one question regarding travel history. If we take one trip and if I have left my country for example on the 4th August and landed in the destination country on the 5th August, which date should I include in the "From" section of that trip? Should it be 4th August or 5th August? Similarly, I have the question for vice-versa as well for the same trip. That is if I have left the destination country for example on the 15th August and landed in my home country on the 16th August, which date should I include in the "To" section? 15th August or 16th August? TIA :)
