My pressure been high for all the same reasons you just said. But i was prescribed medication. But my days seem to Always be that way now because traffic FT single mom of a 5yr old no help from donor (convert narcissist) very busy schedule & never seem to be enough time in the day. Im always stressed from time. Traffic is HORRIBLE. What used to be a 15min drive to work after dropping my kid off for school is now 45mins easily. I have a juicer & said im going to start juicing & i have a vibration plate now adding to my routine. I've lost 70pds reversed insulin resistance/pre diabetics... After losing now I have high blood pressure like what ?! 😒
