This a good video, like you literally deserver a ton of subs, most people think they can't go to workout and sure at the beginning it's difficult let alone how to exercise but once you got the hang it's the best vice you can have in your life instead of go drinking for example

This video is very accurate for what I do and feel my wrists hurt and shoulder also I sit for most of the day, I downloaded your app but still don’t know where to start first. I want to build my body from the ground up I really want to prioritize strengthening my joints and ligaments I want a functional body. I was wondering if you can help me with a work out routine what to do first and where to start that is specific to my goals.. also what do you recommend for me?. This is the most important video of all Thank you Adam, To put if bluntly, you cant enjoy what you have earned if you are dead ...Its all about pleasing the body basically if your joints hurt with sickness there is absolute no enjoyment then working out is the only way secondly, quitting the rat race is another great feeling which is a challenge the 9-5 drainer.

Hi adam i want to ask a question? i stuck in 13 pullup(neck over bar and straight arm at the end) about 4 month and i can't progress i have tried everything including adding weight and iskmetric holds. i feel i have become stronger and my arms and forearms have become bigger but The number of my pull-ups sometimes even reaches ten, what solution do you suggest for me, and in addition, I do pull-ups four times a week and I rest for seven minutes between sets and ido beetween 6-8sets.🙏🙏🐉🙏🙏

BS, experienced both, mental tiredness can be as hard as physical tiredness, sometimes i miss physical job as wouldn't stress that much, but wouldn't be paid as well as data eng

What is your point? He's giving advice for those with a desk job. There are different tips for those with physically demanding work. Honestly, I'm new to desk work. It's WAY harder to get motivated to workout after a day of sitting than after a day of sweating. Neither is easy without proper lifestyle adjustments, but my fitness motivation was way higher when I was already moving about all day.

The Carnivore Diet seems like it could stop the epidemic of "diabesity" that is sweeping across the US, and it's an interesting thing to experiment with even if you are in good health, but in general I agree that it isn't necessary.
